That page belongs to the brokerage, and it sits next to every other agent there. Your own site carries your name, your listings and your phone number, and the people who reach out through it reach you.
02What happens if I change brokerages?
The site goes with you. You own the site, the domain and your accounts on every plan, so nothing stays behind at the old office.
03Who updates my listings?
You do, from the Ziwi portal: add a home, change the price, mark it pending or sold, then publish. On the $99 plan you can also send changes to us and we make them the next business day.
04Do I own the site?
Yes. The site, the domain and your accounts are yours on every plan. Month to month, no notice period, and the plan stops at the end of the month you cancel.
05What does the $25 a month cover?
Hosting for your site, kept running, plus access to the Ziwi portal, where you add listings, make walkthrough videos and make changes yourself. The build is free.
06What does the $99 plan add?
Maintenance. Everything in Hosting only, and we make your changes for you, the next business day.
07What is the footer link?
We ask to keep a small "Website by Ziwi Marketing" link in your footer. That is the one thing we ask in return.
08What do I pay today?
Nothing. The first look is free, no card is taken and nothing is signed. You pick a plan only if you go ahead.
