What do CallRail's add-ons cost?

CallRail's AI voice assistant, Voice Assist, starts at $95 a month, and the page says all plans include Lead Tracking starting at an additional $55 (CallRail, checked September 2026). After 50 Voice Assist calls over 15 seconds, each extra call is $1. Heavy use of the API, the connection other software uses to pull your call data, is billed by tier.

  • Voice Assist. Starts at $95 a month, with Lead Tracking at an additional $55, and $1 per call after the first 50 calls over 15 seconds.

How does CallRail bill, and can the price change?

On yearly billing, the base fee for the coming 12 months is due up front, and extra usage is still billed each month. The page says extra usage fees are not refundable.

Want call tracking without another bill?

Call tracking and reporting come inside every Ziwi plan, from $297 a month. Every plan runs month to month with the accounts in your name.

How does CallRail's pricing compare with Ziwi's?

CallRail sells call tracking software on its own from $50 a month, while Ziwi does not sell call tracking alone: it comes inside every Ziwi plan, from $297 a month, month to month. These are different purchases, so the table shows what each price buys. CallRail figures are as published in September 2026, and Ziwi's come from our published pricing.

Software and service are not the same purchase.

CallRail is a tool that you or your agency set up and read, and its published price covers the tool. A Ziwi plan covers a marketer doing the work with the tracking included, and the monthly lines are laid out in marketing retainer packages.

Who is CallRail a good fit for?

Where it fits

CallRail fits a business or an agency that already runs its own ads, wants to see which ad or page made the phone ring, and has someone to set up the numbers and read the reports, from $50 a month.

Where it fits less well

It fits less well when nobody on the team has that time, because the published plans are software and the page lists no price for running the ads or the website behind the calls.

  • How many numbers do you need? Plan on one for each ad source or page you want to measure. 5 local numbers come with every plan, and each extra one is $3.
  • How many minutes do you use a month? 250 local minutes are included. Past that, each local minute is $0.06.
  • Monthly or yearly? The entry plan is $50 a month on yearly billing against $55 on monthly billing, and yearly billing is paid 12 months up front.
  • Who reads the reports? Name the person before you buy. A report nobody opens changes nothing.

How should you budget for call tracking?

Budget 3 things: the base fee, the extra usage and the time to run it. On CallRail's entry plan with monthly billing that is $55 a month, plus $0.06 for each local minute past 250 and $3 for each local number past 5. The third cost is your own time, because someone has to check the reports and act on them.

  1. 01

Count your sources. List each ad, listing or page you want its own number for.

  2. 02

Check last month's minutes. Your phone bill shows how many inbound minutes you used.

  3. 03

Price the base plan. Pick monthly or yearly billing and write down the base fee.

  4. 04

Add the extra usage. Extra numbers and minutes at the published rates.

  5. 05

Check the date. Published prices change. Every CallRail figure on this page was checked on September 29, 2026.

CallRail prints its prices, and every number above can be checked on its pricing page. If you would rather have the tracking set up and read for you, it is included in every Ziwi plan, and the numbers behind that are on our call tracking cost page and the published pricing page.
