Answer four questions. New site or redesign, whether you want it kept updated and secure, whether you want a new post every week, and anything else you need at launch. Every one of them can be skipped, and a skipped question leaves its line off the estimate entirely.
The estimate prints in place. The card you just answered in turns into the receipt: what the build costs once, what anything you asked for at launch costs once, and what the work costs every month, kept apart so nothing is bundled. The link holds your answers, so you can reload it or send it to a partner.
Check it against the market. Underneath the lines sits the published market range for the same two bills, with the sources named and dated. Then the work that is not in either total at all, listed separately so nothing is smuggled into a number.
The 12 months is how the build fee earns down. It is not a contract you sign, and the plan underneath it stays month to month with 30-day cancellation the whole time.
The waived fee is the $1,000 template build fee. A custom build gets the same $1,000 applied, leaving a $1,500 balance rather than $2,500.
You start and keep an ongoing plan. That is maintenance and hosting at $99 a month, or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location.

It estimates the designed template, which is the right rung for most local service businesses, because the design is rarely what is losing them calls. A custom design is $2,500 one time and the same $1,000 applies on a plan, leaving $1,500. We say so on the call if your brand or your structure needs it: multiple locations, unusual booking flows, a service tree a standard page set cannot hold.
No. Every page the site needs at launch is part of the build: a page per service, a page per town, whatever your structure calls for. That is why the calculator does not ask you to count them. $149 each applies only to a page added after the site is live, designed and written like the rest of it.

Maintenance and hosting at $99 a month covers hosting, updates, backups and small edits. Three days from kickoff, standard. There is no rush option because that is already the normal speed and there is nothing to charge extra for. Kickoff means we have your services and prices, your photos or approval to use ours, your logo, and access to the domain.
