We go deep in one industry at a time.

Two deep practicesTwenty-seven published playbooksOne team, one systemMonth to month

Ziwi runs a small number of vertical marketing practices rather than serving every business type. Each practice publishes what the buyers search for, the objections that stall a sale, the offers that move them, and the price. The same engine runs underneath every vertical: website, ads, lead answering, and one weekly report on cost per booked customer.

The playbook

How does a Ziwi vertical practice get built?

Every vertical practice runs the same disciplined loop before it ever takes a client at scale. This is what makes Ziwi one company, not a pile of side projects.

STEP 1

Research the buyers

Competitor teardowns, ad-library mining, and the real pains owners talk about when nobody is selling to them.

STEP 2

Build the offers

Every offer removes risk, gives something tangible, or proves the mechanism on the buyer's own data. No “book a call to hear our pitch.”

STEP 3

Launch the pages and ads

A dedicated domain, landing pages per offer, tracking wired, Engage answering. The same connected engine, tuned to the vertical.

STEP 4

Prove it, then scale

Paid spend only after the numbers hold. Case studies earn the next vertical. Depth first, breadth later.

Questions

About the model

As an industry-specific marketing agency, Ziwi goes deep in one vertical at a time. Explore our dental marketing and personal injury law firm marketing practices, see the full services engine behind them, check the published prices, or book a discovery call.

Marketing guides: personal injury marketing, law firm marketing, and digital marketing for law firms.

Which industries does Ziwi serve?

Twenty-seven: dental practices, personal injury law firms, law firms in every practice area, real estate agents, roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, landscapers, contractors, med spas, chiropractors, veterinary clinics, small businesses, corporate and B2B teams, franchise systems, pest control, gyms, movers, auto repair, electricians, managed IT, property management, senior living, restaurants, salons, home health and plastic surgery. Dental and personal injury are the two deep practices; the other twenty-five run on the same published playbook, from $297 a month.

What if my industry is not listed?

We still talk, and we tell you straight whether the playbook fits. Most of the fifteen started as a conversation with an owner who was not on a list either. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the 20 to 30 minute call and tell you what we would do anyway.

Does the price change by industry?

No. The published prices are the same in every vertical: ads management from $297 a month, Local SEO from $297 a month per location, a website from $0 with an ongoing plan, month to month. What changes by industry is the offer, the pages and the creative, not the price list.

What makes a vertical practice different from a generalist agency?

A vertical practice arrives with the offer, the pages and the creative already built and measured for your industry, so the first campaign is live within 24 hours of kickoff instead of after a month of learning on your budget. Underneath it, the ten services are the same engine every client gets.

Is each vertical a different company?

No. One team, one system, one standard, one price list. The verticals are practice areas: same engine, same flat-fee terms, same weekly reporting, with industry-specific offers and creative on top.
