Hibu does not publish prices. Its pricing page shows 3 plan levels, each with a button to request custom pricing, and says contract terms typically run 6 to 12 months (Hibu, checked September 2026). Capterra lists a starting price of $449 a month. Ziwi prints every price on our published pricing page.
Hibu sells a done-for-you marketing program for local businesses called Hibu One. This page writes down what Hibu's own pricing page says and what Capterra lists, and keeps the two apart. Prices checked September 29, 2026. For why so many agencies keep prices off their sites, read our guide on why agencies hide prices.
Hibu publishes no price, and the one dated figure we found is Capterra's listing, which shows Hibu One starting at $449 a month (Capterra, checked September 29, 2026). Hibu's own pricing page says every Hibu One plan is customized to your goals, market and budget.
Treat $449 as a listed starting point, not as a quote for your business.

| Plan level | What the page lists | Price on the page |
|---|---|---|
| Establish | Website, listings management, review requests, email and text marketing, one inbox for messages, a reporting dashboard and foundational SEO | Request custom pricing |

| Expand | Everything in Reach, plus multi-location and service area pages and a dedicated campaign manager | Request custom pricing |
The plan names tell you the scope, not the cost. Hibu's page says every plan is customized to your goals, market and budget, so the level alone will not tell you the monthly bill.
Yes, Hibu's pricing page says contract terms typically range from 6 to 12 months, depending on the services in your custom plan (Hibu, checked September 2026). The same page mentions an implementation fee that covers onboarding and setup. It does not print the amount of that fee.
Capterra's Hibu pricing listing shows 1 plan, Hibu One, starting at $449 a month, with no free trial and no free version (Capterra, checked September 29, 2026). Capterra files the listing under social media marketing software. The listing does not say what the $449 includes or which plan level it matches.
Other websites report a wide spread of Hibu prices. We could not trace those figures to Hibu or to a dated listing we could open, so this page does not repeat them. The only firm number is the one on a written quote from Hibu.
Want the price and the term in writing?
Ziwi prints both. Every price is published, from $99 a month, and every plan runs month to month.
Hibu publishes no price and Capterra lists a starting price of $449 a month, while Ziwi prints every monthly line, from $297 a month for local SEO or ads management, and runs month to month. Both are done-for-you services, so the table sets the terms side by side. Ziwi's figures come from our published pricing.

A printed price and a quoted price answer different questions.
Hibu's page describes one program that covers the website, listings, reviews and ads together, quoted for your market. Ziwi prices each of those as its own line, so you can start with one and add the rest later, and the model is explained on our page for a marketing agency with no long term contract.

Hibu fits a local business that wants its website, listings, reviews and ads handled by one company and is comfortable with a contract that typically runs 6 to 12 months.
It fits less well for an owner who wants to see the monthly price before talking to sales, because Hibu's page shows 3 plan levels and no price for any of them.
Read 4 lines: the monthly price, the implementation fee, the term and the ad budget. Then multiply the monthly price by the months in the term, because a 12 month contract at Capterra's listed $449 starting price is $5,388 before the implementation fee. Your own quote may be higher or lower, since Hibu says each plan is customized.
Find the monthly price. It is not on the website, so it must be on the quote.
Find the implementation fee. A one-time amount on top of the monthly price.
Find the term. Months of commitment and what happens at renewal.
Separate the ad spend. Money paid to Google or Meta is not the same as the management fee.
Check the date. Every source on this page was read on September 29, 2026, and listed prices go out of date.
Hibu shows a request form in place of prices, so the only Hibu figure above is a dated third-party listing, and its contract term comes from its own page. If you want the monthly price and the term printed before a call, Ziwi's are on the published pricing page, from $99 a month, month to month. More agencies with printed prices are in alternatives to Scorpion and Thryv.
