Ziwi is a Townsquare Interactive alternative with every price published: local SEO or ads management from $297 a month, reviews $197, month to month, and you own the website and ad accounts. Townsquare publishes no price, and its terms say you lose ownership rights in the website when the agreement ends (checked October 2026). See Ziwi's pricing.

Local SEO, Google and Facebook ads management, reviews, lead answering and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, each priced on its own. Call tracking included with ads management.
See how we compareZiwi publishes this page and lists its own prices first: local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, and a $0 website build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, with SEO, ads and reviews month to month. Townsquare Interactive, owned by Townsquare Media, sells a subscription of website, SEO, listings, social and a business hub app with a dedicated rep to very small businesses, and prints no price: its pricing page names three packages and asks you to fill in a form. What it does publish is its Terms of Service, so this page sets those terms and the figures reported in investor coverage of its parent company beside Ziwi's published prices, line by line, names where Townsquare is still the better buy, and works out what a switch costs. Every Townsquare figure is labelled with its source and the month we checked it, October 2026.
Ziwi does: local SEO or ads management from $297 a month, reviews at $197 a month per location, SEO, ads and reviews month to month with no notice period, and every price printed before any call. Townsquare Interactive publishes no price; its pricing page names three packages, Get Found, Personal Support and Run Your Business, with a form in place of a number, and its Terms of Service, last updated March 20, 2026, set an Initial Term in the Order, one month if none is stated, then renew month to month (townsquareinteractive.com, checked October 2026).
The same terms say that on termination the client will no longer have access to or ownership rights in the website, that fees for the rest of the Initial Term fall due at once if you leave early, and that all fees are non-refundable. The only price figures are outside ones: investor coverage of the parent company describes the product as subscription marketing for small businesses at about $300 a month (Channelchek, October 14, 2025), and a Trustpilot reviewer reports $400 a month under a 6-month agreement (August 7, 2026), reports and not Townsquare prices.
| Line | Townsquare Interactive, as published (checked October 2026) | Ziwi, published |
|---|---|---|
| Lowest monthly price | Not published; about $300 a month per investor coverage of the parent company on Channelchek (October 2025) and $400 a month per a customer review (August 2026), both reports | Local SEO or ads management from $297 a month, reviews $197, Ziwi Engage from $99, every price printed (Ziwi pricing) |
| Website | Included in the packages; Townsquare owns the source code, templates and designs, and the client loses access to and ownership rights in the website at termination, per the terms | $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom; live in 3 days (website cost) |
| Listings and local search | Inside the Get Found package; no price shown | $297, $597 or $997 a month per location (local SEO pricing) |
| Ads management | Not named in the package descriptions; no fee shown | $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram; ad spend paid from your own account |
| Reviews and social | Social inside the packages; reviews not named; no price shown | $197 a month per location, run for you (reputation management cost) |
| Setup or onboarding fee | None listed in the terms; monthly package fees plus out-of-pocket costs and taxes | No setup fee on SEO, ads, reviews or Engage; the first month of a hosting or Ziwi Care plan is free; one-time add-ons such as Google Business Profile setup are priced on the pricing page |
| Contract term | An Initial Term per the Order, one month if none is stated, then month to month; cancel by phone before 6 pm Eastern the day before the next billing date; the rest of the Initial Term falls due at once on early exit | Month to month with no notice period on SEO, ads, reviews and Engage; the $0 website needs its plan kept 12 months, and leaving sooner repays only the unearned part of the build fee |
| Who owns the site and content | Your own text, images and form data stay yours and come back only if requested in writing at termination, then the account is deleted; the domain runs under separate hosting terms | You own the website, the domain, the Google listing and the ad accounts from day one, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal |
Townsquare's packages are named for what they do, not what they cost, and the figure that matters most sits in the terms rather than on the pricing page: the website is Townsquare's, and access to it ends with the subscription (townsquareinteractive.com, checked October 2026). Ziwi's website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, in your name, and local SEO is a separate line at $297 a month.
Townsquare Interactive's pricing page prints 0 prices and 3 package names, Get Found, Personal Support and Run Your Business, over a form whose own note says that submitting it does not authorize a purchase (townsquareinteractive.com, checked October 2026). Its Terms of Service, last updated March 20, 2026, set the Initial Term as the commitment period in the Order, make it one month when none is stated, renew it month to month after that, and take cancellation by phone, Monday to Friday, no later than 6 pm Eastern on the day before the next billing date.
Inside the Initial Term, the terms say the fees for the rest of the term become immediately due and payable if you leave, and that all fees are non-refundable; no set-up fee is listed. The outside figures are about $300 a month, from investor coverage of the parent company on Channelchek dated October 14, 2025, and $400 a month under a 6-month agreement in a Trustpilot review dated August 7, 2026, so a 6-month term at the reviewer's price is $2,400 due whether or not you stay.
Townsquare publishes its terms but not its prices, so the monthly fee and the length of the Initial Term both come from the Order.
The terms do not address the ad accounts or phone numbers, and the domain runs under separate hosting terms, so a buyer should ask in writing who holds each one before signing. Before you compare, ask Townsquare for the monthly fee, the Initial Term in months, the cancellation procedure and date, and what happens to the website, the domain and your content when you leave, all on one page.

Ziwi does: local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram, reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, and Ziwi Engage lead answering at $99 or $299 a month, every price printed on the site before any call. SEO, ads, reviews and Engage run month to month with no notice period, and the website is a $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom.
The business owns the website, the domain, the Google listing and the ad accounts from day one, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal.
Call tracking is included with Ziwi ads management. The SEO rungs are explained in what local SEO costs, the website prices in what a website costs, and the reviews line in what reputation management costs.
Want every price before you talk to sales?
Ziwi prints every plan, from $197 a month for reviews and $297 for local SEO or ads management. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the website and ad accounts stay in your name.
Townsquare Interactive is still the better buy for a very small local business that wants a managed website, listings and a human rep at a reported price of about $300 to $400 a month, has no interest in owning the site or running ads, and is comfortable with a term in the Order (townsquareinteractive.com, checked October 2026). Townsquare Interactive is owned by Townsquare Media, and a business that already advertises with that company may want the website handled by the same vendor.
Ziwi's plans suit an owner who wants the price printed, the website and the domain in the business's own name from the first day, and the freedom to stop SEO, ads or reviews at the end of any month.
The main switching cost from Townsquare Interactive is the website itself, because its terms say the client loses access to and ownership rights in the website at termination, so the site has to be rebuilt somewhere else before you cancel (checked October 2026). Your own text, images, form submissions and contact lists come back only if you request them in writing at termination, after which the account is deleted, the balance of any Initial Term falls due at once, and cancellation is by phone before 6 pm Eastern the day before the next billing date.
At Ziwi the new website is a $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, in your name, live in 3 days from kickoff, with no setup fee on SEO, ads, reviews or Engage and the first month of the hosting or Ziwi Care plan free. Local SEO from $297 a month can start the same week, month to month, so the overlap you pay for is the Townsquare months you still owe, and the domain transfer under its hosting terms is the step to start first.
Start the domain transfer. It runs under Townsquare's separate hosting terms, so request it early and in writing.
Request your content. Ask in writing for your text, images, form submissions and contact lists before termination, since the account is deleted afterwards.
Rebuild before you cancel. Ziwi's site goes live in 3 days from kickoff, in your name, so nothing goes dark when Townsquare's access ends.
Cancel on the right day. Phone before 6 pm Eastern the day before the next billing date, after the Initial Term has run.
Put a Townsquare Interactive quote and Ziwi's price list side by side on 5 lines: the monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup or onboarding fee, the length of the initial term and how it renews, and who owns the website, the domain and the accounts. With Townsquare, ask for the monthly fee and the Initial Term from the Order, the cancellation day, and confirm in writing that the website stays with Townsquare when you leave, so you can price the rebuild. Ziwi's answers to all five are printed on the pricing page, and SEO, ads, reviews and Engage stop at the end of any month you cancel, with no notice period.
Townsquare Interactive keeps the website when the subscription ends and keeps the price for the form; Ziwi prints its prices and builds a site you own. For what owning the site means, read do you own your website; for the website prices line by line, see what a website costs; and for the same side-by-side against other vendors, start at Ziwi compared with ten marketing vendors, including the LocaliQ alternative and the Hibu alternative.
