See how we compareZiwi publishes this page and lists its own prices first: local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, and a $0 website build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, with SEO, ads and reviews month to month. WebFX prints starting prices on its own pages, so this comparison can be made on published numbers on both sides: local SEO from $575 a month, PPC management from $750 after a $1,200 first month, SEO packages from $2,900 a month on a 6-month commitment after an $8,600 initial campaign, with web design priced on its own page. This page sets those beside Ziwi's, line by line, says where WebFX is still the better buy, and works out what a switch costs. Every WebFX figure is labelled with its source page and the month we checked it, October 2026.
Ziwi does: local SEO or ads management from $297 a month, reviews at $197 a month per location, SEO, ads and reviews month to month with no notice period, and every price printed before any call. WebFX publishes starting prices on its own pages: local SEO from $575 a month, PPC management from $750, SEO packages at $2,900 to $9,200 a month after a two-month initial campaign of $8,600 to $21,400, on a 6-month commitment, and PPC tiers of $1,200, $2,250 or $5,800 for the first month (webfx.com pricing pages, checked October 2026).
On the two lines a small business buys first, Ziwi's $297 for local SEO is $278 a month below WebFX's $575 starting price, and Ziwi's $297 ads management, for total spend up to $1,500, is $453 below WebFX's $750 PPC starting price, which covers spend up to $5,000 after a $1,200 first month (checked October 2026). WebFX's SEO packages are sized for larger sites than one Google Business Profile, so the cheaper line is also a smaller scope, and this page says what each one covers.
| Line | WebFX, as published (checked October 2026) | Ziwi, published |
|---|---|---|
| Lowest monthly price | Local SEO from $575 a month; PPC from $750; SEO packages from $2,900 a month after the initial campaign | Local SEO or ads management from $297 a month, reviews $197, Ziwi Engage from $99, every price printed (Ziwi pricing) |
| Website | No web design price in the pages we checked for this comparison | $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom; live in 3 days (website cost) |
| Local SEO | From $575 a month on the local SEO pricing page | $297, $597 or $997 a month per location (local SEO pricing) |
| Ads management | PPC Lite at $1,200 the first month then $750 a month for up to $5,000 of spend; Pro $2,250 then $975 or 15% of spend, whichever is higher; ad spend paid to the networks on top | $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram; ad spend paid from your own account |
| Reviews | No separate reviews price on the pages we read | $197 a month per location, run for you (reputation management cost) |

| Contract term | 6-month commitment on the SEO and AI SEO packages; no term stated on the local SEO or PPC pages | Month to month with no notice period on SEO, ads, reviews and Engage; the $0 website needs its plan kept 12 months, and leaving sooner repays only the unearned part of the build fee |
| Who owns the site and accounts | PPC campaigns run in your own ad accounts and you keep admin access, per the PPC page; website and content ownership not stated | You own the website, the domain, the Google listing and the ad accounts from day one, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal |
WebFX prints its starting prices, and every figure here can be checked on its pricing pages (checked October 2026). The scope behind each price is the honest caveat: a WebFX SEO package is sized for a site competing on hundreds of searches, and Ziwi's local SEO is priced per location around one Google Business Profile.
WebFX's pricing pages print starting prices by service: SEO plans starting at $2,900 a month, local SEO from $575 and PPC management from $750 (webfx.com, checked October 2026). Its SEO package table prints four tiers, Silver at $2,900 a month, Gold at $6,150, Platinum at $7,400 and Diamond at $9,200 for months 3 to 6, each after a two-month initial campaign of $8,600, $14,500, $17,800 or $21,400, with an Enterprise tier priced on request.
The same page answers that SEO management requires an initial six-month commitment, so the smallest SEO package, Silver, is $8,600 plus 4 months at $2,900, or $20,200 over the first 6 months. The PPC page prints a $1,200 first month on its Lite tier, then $750 a month for ad spend up to $5,000, with campaigns run in your own ad accounts and no term printed, so ask WebFX which services carry the 6-month commitment and what the notice period is.
WebFX prints starting prices but not the ceiling, and its pages do not say who owns the website or the content when an engagement ends, though the PPC page says campaigns run in your own accounts and you keep admin access.
The 6-month commitment is printed on the SEO package and AI SEO pages and not on the local SEO or PPC pages we read, so the term on a local SEO or PPC engagement has to come from the proposal. Before you compare, ask WebFX for the exact monthly fee for your scope, the term on each service, the notice period, and the ownership of the site and accounts, in writing.

Ziwi does: local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram, reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, and Ziwi Engage lead answering at $99 or $299 a month, every price printed on the site before any call. SEO, ads, reviews and Engage run month to month with no notice period, and the website is a $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom.
The business owns the website, the domain, the Google listing and the ad accounts from day one, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal.
Call tracking is included with Ziwi ads management. The SEO rungs are explained in what local SEO costs, the ads fee in Google Ads management pricing, and the website prices in what a website costs.
Want every price before you talk to sales?
Ziwi prints every plan, from $197 a month for reviews and $297 for local SEO or ads management. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the website and ad accounts stay in your name.
WebFX is still the better buy for a business with a large site, several locations or a national market, a marketing budget in the thousands each month, and a team that wants the reporting depth and the scope its SEO packages list (webfx.com, checked October 2026). WebFX also prints an Enterprise tier priced on request, and a company competing in many cities is buying work that Ziwi's per-location plans are not sized for.
Ziwi's plans suit a business with one or a few locations that wants the price, the term and the account ownership printed before a call, and the work done around its own Google Business Profile.
The main switching cost from WebFX is the balance of a 6-month SEO commitment, so check how many months remain and what the agreement says about notice before you decide (checked October 2026). WebFX's PPC page says campaigns run in your own ad accounts with you as admin, but its pages do not say who owns the website or the content it wrote, so ask in writing whether you keep the site files, the domain and the Google Business Profile.
At Ziwi the new website is a $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, live in 3 days from kickoff, with no setup fee on SEO, ads, reviews or Engage, and the first month of the hosting or Ziwi Care plan is free. Local SEO from $297 and ads management from $297 a month can start the same week, month to month, so the overlap you pay for is the WebFX months you still owe, not a second long term.
Count the months left. Read the agreement for the end of the 6-month commitment, the renewal clause and the notice period, and diary the last day to give notice.
Secure what is yours. The ad accounts are already yours per the PPC page; confirm in writing that the domain, the website files and the content transfer to you, and export the reporting you want to keep.
Build before you cancel. Ziwi's site goes live in 3 days from kickoff, so the new site, listing access and tracking are ready before the WebFX engagement ends.
Move the accounts into your name. Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta accounts are opened or transferred to your business, where they stay.
Put a WebFX quote and Ziwi's price list side by side on 5 lines: the monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup or onboarding fee, the length of the initial term and how it renews, and who owns the website, the domain and the accounts. With WebFX, ask which services carry the 6-month commitment, what the two-month initial campaign covers, and whether the local SEO price is per location. Ziwi's answers to all five are printed on the pricing page, and SEO, ads, reviews and Engage stop at the end of any month you cancel, with no notice period.
WebFX prints starting prices and a 6-month SEO term; Ziwi prints every price and runs SEO, ads and reviews month to month.
