What is inside

Nine sections, twelve pages

01
Before you write a prompt.

Three decisions AI cannot make for you, the five-blank offer worksheet, and the must-haves for the page the ad points to.

See the three decisions
02
Facebook and Instagram with AI.

Three prompts pasted in order: primary text in three angles, ten headlines, and a 15-second vertical script you can film on a phone.

03
What the prompts produced.

The real ChatGPT set, unedited: three primary texts, ten headlines and the three-shot script.

04
Make the image with AI.

Which app makes pictures and which does not, the settings to fix before you type, and two image prompts that stop AI inventing a business.

05
What the image prompts produced.

The plain ask next to Prompt A, then the photo prompt, the Story shape and the second-message edit.

06
Google Search with AI.

One prompt for the whole campaign, and the negative keyword list to paste in before it runs.

07
What that prompt produced.

Fifteen headlines and four descriptions, exactly as they came back.

08
The first 30 days.

What $30 a day buys as arithmetic, the kill rule, the four weekly checks, and where doing it yourself breaks.

09
What our test showed.

32 copy runs and 20 image runs across ChatGPT and Gemini. The first draft of the prompts failed. What broke, and what fixed it.

Written for a practice or shop spending $500 to $2,000 a month, not an agency. Every prompt and every image prompt was run before it was printed; the copy and the pictures in the guide are what the tools actually produced, unedited.

Three decisions AI cannot make for you.

Page two of the guide. AI can write the words. It cannot decide your offer, build your landing page, or set up tracking. Get these three right first, or the sharpest ad copy in the world spends money and books nothing.

01

The offer decision

"Welcome new patients" is not an offer. It is a description. A one-line offer with a price beats it every time: "$99 new patient exam and X-rays" or "$49 furnace tune-up." Write the offer before you open ChatGPT. If it will not fit on one line with a number in it, AI cannot fix that for you.

02

The landing page rule

Never send an ad to your homepage. The homepage talks about everything you do. The ad is about one thing. Build or reuse a page that repeats the exact offer above the fold, has one phone number and one form, and says nothing else. If that page does not exist yet, it comes before the ad.

03

The tracking rule

Use a tracking phone number so you know which calls came from the ad, and set the form to text or email someone the moment it is submitted, not once a week in a spreadsheet. Without this, you are guessing whether the ad worked.

Would you rather we did it?

Twenty minutes a week, every week, or hand the account to us.

Doing this well takes an hour or two to build, then 20 minutes a week for as long as it runs: reading the search terms report, checking the cost per lead, listening to the tracking line. Most owners do the first part and skip the second, and a campaign that looked fine in week one has drifted wrong by week six.

Keep running it yourself
20 mina week, every week

The prompts, the checklist and the weekly check in the guide are exactly what we use ourselves. Keep an eye on the kill rule, the tracking number and the compliance rules, and put a recurring 20 minutes on your own calendar so the check actually happens.

Have Ziwi run it
$297a month, ad spend up to $1,500

$497 a month with $1,500 to $3,500 in monthly ad spend. $797 a month above $3,500. You pay Meta and Google directly for the ad spend; the fee covers strategy, the weekly 20-minute check, and keeping the account inside the platforms' ad policies. Landing page and tracking number included. No contract.

Prices and plan terms published here are exact and match our internal pricing catalog; they are not promotional or subject to change after a sales call. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to the platforms.

Questions

About the guide

Short answers. If yours is not here, ask us on the call and we answer directly, including when the answer is no.

Which AI tool should I use?

Every prompt in the guide was run against both ChatGPT and Gemini before it was printed, and after the rewrite both returned clean copy on all four offers. Either one works. For the picture, use Gemini's image tool (Google calls it Nano Banana 2) or ChatGPT's (ChatGPT Images 2.0): both make the image in the same chat where you wrote the copy, and both let you upload your own photo and ask for changes in a second message.

Does Claude make the images?

No. Claude writes copy but does not make photos or illustrations (Anthropic help center, 2026). Use Gemini's image tool or ChatGPT's for the picture. Canva's free plan will open the finished PNG if you want to move or fix a line yourself.

Why does a plain one-line ask for an ad image fail?

Because it invents a business. All four plain asks in our test came back with a made-up name, phone number and website, and one added "Regular price $89" with a strike-through, a false claim if it ran. Asked for "a smiling patient," both tools also invented a logo and a tagline. Prompts A and B in the guide list the exact three lines and say "no other words anywhere." Eight of eight runs came back word for word.

What is the kill rule?

No leads after 3 times your target cost per lead, change one thing. If a $50 target cost per lead has spent $150 with nothing booked, do not raise the budget. Change the offer, the page or the keywords, one at a time, and give the change another week before judging it.

Is this compliant for a dental office?

The prompts are written to stay inside the ad rules: no before-and-after photos that imply a guaranteed result, no "pain-free," "painless" or "guaranteed," and the service described as what we do rather than the viewer's condition, because Meta's Personal Attributes and Health and Wellness policies restrict copy that implies something about the viewer's health (Meta Business Help Center, 2026 update). Our check is a script plus a read by eye, not a Meta policy review: preview every ad in Ads Manager and read it once yourself before it runs.

What does Ziwi charge to run the ads?

$297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, $497 a month with $1,500 to $3,500 in monthly ad spend, and $797 a month above $3,500. You pay Meta and Google directly for the ad spend. The fee covers strategy, the weekly 20-minute check, the landing page and the tracking number. No contract, and every band is listed at ziwimarketing.com/pricing/.
