What is inside

Six sections, eight pages

01
People read your replies before your reviews.

Why a reply matters, what Google itself recommends, and the ten-minute weekly routine.

02
Behind by a few weeks? Work this order.

Which reviews to answer first, and the four things that make the habit stick.

03
The prompt kit.

One master prompt sets the voice. Five copy-paste prompts by star rating, with the real replies they produced.

04
The line you can never cross.

The $10,000 fine for a reply where every word was true. Do and never, in one table. How to get a fake review removed.

05
What our test showed.

We ran every prompt against ChatGPT and Gemini. Eight of twenty-two first drafts broke a rule. Here is what, and what fixed it.

Would you rather we did it?

Every review answered within one business day for $197 a month, or the ten-minute habit, spelled out.

Written for dental offices first and any local business second. Every prompt was run before it was printed; the replies in the guide are what the tools actually produced, unedited.

What AI got wrong in our test, and what the master prompt now blocks.

Page seven of the guide. We ran the master prompt and every rating prompt against ChatGPT and Gemini on eleven reviews, six of them written to trip the rules.

01

It confirmed the patient

First drafts said "your visit", "welcome you back" and "your daughter's first visit." Every one of those confirms a patient relationship. The master prompt now bans the phrases by name.

02

It repeated the treatment

Asked to mention "one specific detail," one draft echoed "zero pain." The 5-star prompt now says a non-clinical detail: a name, the front desk, how they felt.

03

It invented a phone number

Told to "offer the office line" with no number given, Gemini made one up. Every prompt that offers a call now carries the number. Check it every time.

04

It dropped the removal note

Told to reply "with nothing else," ChatGPT skipped the note that tells you which Google policy a fake review breaks. The master prompt now allows it.

05

It wrote like a robot

Gemini ended most lines with an exclamation mark. ChatGPT reached for dashes. Both are banned now, so replies read like a person at the desk wrote them.

06

After the fix: 22 of 22 replies passed every check

Those are the replies printed in the guide.

Would you rather we did it?

Ten minutes a week, forever, or handed off for less than one lost patient.

Two ways to get every review answered. Follow the guide and it costs nothing but the habit. Or we answer every review within one business day, screened against the rules before it posts, for a flat $197 a month.

Do it yourself
$0ten minutes a week, if you keep the habit

The master prompt and five templates from the guide. A recurring calendar block, the same day every week. The six-point checklist before every post, not just the risky ones.

Questions

About the guide

Short answers. If yours is not here, ask us on the call and we answer directly, including when the answer is no.

Is the guide really free?

Yes. Add your name and email and the PDF opens right here and lands in your inbox. Two short follow-up notes come after it, each with a link to stop them. If you want us to do the work instead, the price is on this page too.

Which AI tools do the prompts work with?

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We tested against ChatGPT and Gemini before printing; the replies in the guide are exactly what came back. Claude uses the same prompts.

Can a review reply really violate HIPAA?

Yes. In 2016 a Dallas dental practice was fined $10,000 by HHS for a Yelp reply that confirmed a patient's name, treatment and insurance. Every detail was true. Confirming the patient relationship in public is the violation. The guide's master prompt is built around that rule.

Does this work for a business that is not a dentist?

Yes. Swap "practice" and "patient" for "business" and "customer" in the master prompt. Never arguing, and always taking specifics offline, stays the same for a roofer, a salon or a shop.

What does the $197 a month include?

Monitoring across Google, every review answered within one business day in your voice, every draft screened against the rules before it posts, the ask-for-reviews system, and a monthly summary. No contract, cancel with 30 days' notice.
