Ziwi's plumber marketing prices are published: local SEO from $297 a month, ads management from $297, reviews $197, all month to month, and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months. Agencies that publish plumber prices start at $249 a month (Footbridge Media), with packages from $1,500 (Seoteric), checked October 2026. See Ziwi's plumbing marketing.

Local SEO, Google, Facebook, Instagram and Local Services Ads management, reviews and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, each priced on its own. Call tracking included with ads management.
See how we compareZiwi publishes its plumber marketing prices, with no long contract on SEO, ads or reviews: local SEO is $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management is $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram that also covers Local Services Ads, reviews are $197 a month per location, and the website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom, with hosting and maintenance at $99 a month or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the plumbing company owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. A plumber marketing bill splits into a few lines: website, local SEO, Google and Meta ads management, Local Services Ads, reviews and the ad spend itself. Many plumbing agencies quote after a call rather than print a price, and The Search Sherpa's plumber SEO guide prints a market range instead of its own retainer. Each market figure here is another company's published figure, labelled with its name and the month we checked it, October 2026.

Ziwi's plumber marketing starts at $297 a month for local SEO or ads management, month to month, with every price published. Agencies that publish plumber prices start at $249 a month all in, website included, at Footbridge Media, with packages starting at $1,500 a month at Seoteric, based on the pages we checked in October 2026.
Between and beyond those, Mastodon Marketing prints a $397 a month Starter plan, Colorado Web Impressions prints a $1,650 a month Growth Marketing program and an example budget of $3,500 a month for SEO and Maps on a 5 to 15 truck shop, and Seoteric's packages climb to $3,000, $5,000 and $8,000 a month, all before ad spend. The Search Sherpa, an SEO agency that prints no retainer of its own, says plumber SEO costs between about $1,000 and $3,000 a month for most plumbing companies (July 26, 2026, checked October 2026).
| Published plumber program | Monthly fee | What else you pay or get (checked October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Footbridge Media, plumber marketing program | $249 | $0 setup, website included, long-term contract "NEVER", 90-day money-back guarantee |
| Seoteric, Startup package | Starting at $1,500 | Growth $3,000, SMB $5,000, Pro $8,000, each a starting price with ad spend not included; website as a service from $249 with a 12-month minimum |
| Mastodon Marketing, Starter | $397 | Month to month; ad management from $500 a month per channel plus ad spend |
| Colorado Web Impressions, Growth Marketing | $1,650 | Ad spend on top, billed by Google; plumbing website from $1,850 one time; no contracts, priced for Colorado |
| Colorado Web Impressions, example SEO and Maps budget for a 5 to 15 truck shop | $3,500 | A scenario budget on its guide, not a named package; ad spend separate; priced for Colorado |
| The Search Sherpa, plumber SEO guide range | $1,000 to $3,000 | A market range, not the agency's own price; its one-time roadmap is "in the low thousands" |
That guide range is written by an agency that sells SEO, not by an independent body, and the wider home-service guides land higher: Hook Agency puts home service SEO at $1,000 to $3,500 a month and a full retainer at $2,500 to $10,000, and ClicksGeek puts ongoing SEO for local businesses at $2,000 to $7,500 a month, neither one plumber-specific (both checked October 2026). Treat them as planning ranges, not a bill you owe.
Ziwi does: $297, $597 or $997 a month per location for local SEO, $297, $497 or $797 a month for ads management by total ad spend, $197 a month per location for reviews and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, all on the pricing page, with SEO, ads and reviews month to month. Among agencies that name plumbers, Footbridge Media publishes $249 a month, Mastodon Marketing publishes $397, Seoteric publishes packages starting at $1,500 to $8,000 and Colorado Web Impressions publishes $1,650 a month (all checked October 2026).
Many do not: The Search Sherpa prints a market range but not its own retainer, ClicksGeek sends buyers to a pricing form, and ServicePro reports that Scorpion quotes by phone only and that Housecall Pro does not publish a price for its marketing add-ons (checked October 2026). Terms vary as much as prices: Footbridge Media answers the long-term contract question with the word NEVER, Mastodon Marketing and Colorado Web Impressions print month to month, and Seoteric states no term on its marketing packages but a minimum 12-month commitment on its website as a service.
Footbridge Media's $249 program and Seoteric's $1,500 Startup package are not the same product, so compare what each line includes before you compare totals.
Footbridge Media's $249 bundles the website, SEO, reviews and a CRM into one fee, while Seoteric's $1,500 is a starting price for a marketing package with the website sold separately from $249 a month (checked October 2026). Ziwi prices each line on its own so a plumber can buy only the lines that are missing, and the full rate card is on the pricing page.

Line by line, Ziwi's plumber prices are a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, local SEO from $297 a month per location, ads management from $297 a month, reviews at $197 a month per location and hosting and maintenance at $99 a month. On the market side, Colorado Web Impressions prints a plumbing website from $1,850 one time, Growth Marketing at $1,650 a month and $2,500 to $10,000 a month in Google Ads spend for Colorado plumbers, Seoteric prints a website as a service from $249 a month and a local SEO add-on at $500 a month, and Mastodon Marketing prints ad management from $500 a month per channel (all checked October 2026). Colorado Web Impressions, Seoteric and Mastodon Marketing all print ad spend as a separate bill, and so does Ziwi, where it goes to Google or Meta from the plumbing company's own account.
| Line item | Ziwi, published | Plumber market, as published (checked October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Website build | $0 with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 designed template or $2,500 custom (contractor website cost) | Included in the $249 a month program (Footbridge Media); from $1,850 one time (Colorado Web Impressions); from $249 a month as a service with a 12-month minimum (Seoteric) |
| Hosting and upkeep | $99 a month, or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location | $150 an hour for larger website updates on Seoteric's packages |
| Local SEO | $297, $597 or $997 a month per location | Growth Marketing $1,650 a month in Colorado (Colorado Web Impressions); local SEO add-on $500 (Seoteric); about $1,000 to $3,000 as a market range (The Search Sherpa) |
| Google, Facebook and Instagram ads management | $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for every platform, spend paid on top | From $500 a month per channel (Mastodon Marketing); $500 to $2,500 a month as a home-service range (Hook Agency) |
| Local Services Ads management | Covered by the same ads fee, $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500 (Local Services Ads cost) | $300 to $1,500 a month as a stand-alone service (SaaS Hero); charged leads $66.17 each on average, paid to Google (99 Calls, reported by Lead Smart Inc, September 2026) |
| Reviews and reputation | $197 a month per location | Automated review management included in the $249 a month program (Footbridge Media) |
| Ad spend | Paid to Google or Meta from your own account, never marked up | $2,500 to $10,000 a month in Google Ads spend in Colorado (Colorado Web Impressions); a recommended $500 to Meta on Seoteric's Startup package |
| Contract | Month to month, except the $0 website build, which needs a plan kept 12 months; leave sooner and you repay only the unearned part of the build fee | Long-term contract "NEVER" (Footbridge Media); month to month (Mastodon Marketing, Colorado Web Impressions); 12-month minimum on the website as a service (Seoteric) |
The SEO rungs are broken down in what local SEO costs, the ads fee in Google Ads management pricing, and the website in what a contractor website costs. On the hosting or Ziwi Care plan, the first month is free, because it usually falls during the build.
Ziwi does: Local Services Ads management is $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, $497 from $1,500 to $3,500 and $797 above $3,500, the same flat fee that covers the Google search ads, Facebook and Instagram campaigns run alongside, with call tracking included with ads management and the per-lead charges never marked up. Among the pages we checked in October 2026, HVAC Marketing Pros prints Local Services Ads management at a flat $500 a month as an add-on for HVAC companies in the San Fernando Valley, SaaS Hero puts stand-alone LSA management at $300 to $1,500 a month across home services, and none of the plumber agencies above prints a separate LSA fee.
The lead charges themselves go to Google: its Local Services Ads page says you only pay when potential customers get in touch through your ads, and prints no cost per lead for any trade.
Ziwi opens the Google, Meta and Local Services Ads accounts in the plumbing company's name on day 1, so the accounts and the lead history stay with the company whether it keeps Ziwi or not.
The published per-lead figures for plumbing Local Services Ads sit close together: 99 Calls puts the charged plumbing lead at $66.17 in 2026, down from $70.06 in 2025, as reported by Lead Smart in September 2026, Web Tonic cites SearchLight Digital at $57 a lead with a 44.5 percent book rate, and The Search Sherpa cites The Media Captain's data from more than 100 clients at about $69 a lead (all checked October 2026). Those are the sources' figures, not a promise about what any plumbing company will pay, and Ziwi's own LSA line is laid out in what Local Services Ads cost.

Ziwi manages Local Services Ads and search ads for one fee of $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, and runs local SEO from $297 a month per location, so a plumber can have both for $594 a month in fees before ad spend. The per-lead side differs by channel: on Local Services Ads, 99 Calls reports $66.17 per charged plumbing lead and The Media Captain about $69 (via The Search Sherpa), while Colorado Web Impressions prints Google Ads calls at $55 to $140 in metro Denver and Maps calls at $12 to $35 once a profile ranks in the top 3 (all checked October 2026). Sources disagree on how seasonal plumbing is: The Search Sherpa says plumbing has steady demand and constant emergencies, SaaS Hero calls it demand-driven and less seasonal than other trades, and Web Tonic says winter emergency demand pushes cost per click 15 to 25 percent above the annual average (all checked October 2026).
Local Services Ads. Pay per lead, not per click; published plumbing figures run $57 to $69 a lead (SearchLight Digital via Web Tonic, 99 Calls via Lead Smart Inc and The Media Captain via The Search Sherpa, checked October 2026).
Google search ads. $55 to $140 a call in metro Denver (Colorado Web Impressions, checked October 2026), with a management fee on top.
Local SEO. A flat monthly fee rather than a price per lead; Colorado Web Impressions puts Maps calls at $12 to $35 once ranked in the top 3 and top-3 movement at 60 to 90 days outside Denver (checked October 2026).
Shared lead platforms. A shared lead can go to more than one plumber and the flow stops when the payments stop; see Angi leads versus your own pipeline.
The ticket size is what makes the math work: The Search Sherpa, citing HomeAdvisor, puts a typical plumbing repair at about $175 to $450 and a water heater replacement at about $1,346 on average, and Web Tonic prints a $1,714 average ticket as its Local Services Ads benchmark for plumbing (both checked October 2026). Those are the sources' figures, not a promise about what any campaign will bring in, and Ziwi does not promise a lead count or a cost per lead. On a Ziwi site the water heater, drain cleaning, leak repair, repipe and sewer line pages each carry the emergency number, and a freeze notice or special goes live within 24 hours.
A plumber marketing quote should show at least 5 things in writing: each monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup fee, the contract length with its notice window, and who owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. It should also say what happens to the site if you leave, since Footbridge Media says your website goes with you and Ziwi says the site is yours, while a site rented inside a platform may not move (checked October 2026). These are the red flags that make two plumber quotes hard to compare.
Plumber marketing comes down to lines you can price one at a time: agencies that publish plumber prices start at $249 a month all in (Footbridge Media), with packages from $1,500 a month (Seoteric), checked October 2026, and many others quote after a call. Ziwi prices each line on its own, with local SEO and ads management from $297 a month, reviews $197, all month to month, and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months. For the site see contractor website design, for the per-lead side see what Local Services Ads cost, and for the whole plan see Ziwi's plumbing marketing.
