SMS Marketing Services From $297 a Month - Ziwi Marketing

Text marketing that gets answered, run for you.

SMS marketing is permission-based texting to customers who agreed to hear from you: offers, reminders, and follow-up on quotes that went quiet. Ziwi runs it for you rather than handing you software, from $297 a month for Nurture Starter, or $597 for the full plan, which includes registered text messaging.

Where it leaks

Where do businesses lose here?

01Software is not a strategy

A texting platform hands you a login and an empty message box, then waits. The campaigns, the copy, the timing and the consent records are still your job, and that is the part that never gets done.

02Texts that never arrive

Unregistered senders get filtered by the carriers, not by the platform, so the messages look sent and the replies simply never come. You find out from a flat month, not from an error message.

03Rules with real teeth

Text marketing is governed by the TCPA, and the exposure is counted per message rather than per campaign. A list that was bought or scraped instead of opted in is the most expensive shortcut in marketing.

The explainer

What SMS marketing actually is

Why it matters: a text gets opened within minutes, which makes it the one channel that reliably reaches somebody today. That is also why it is the easiest one to ruin. Send to people who never asked, send at the wrong hour, or send from an unregistered number, and you trade a list you spent years building for one flat month and a legal problem. Done properly it is the cheapest booking you will make, because everyone on it already knows you.

There are two ways to buy text marketing. The first is software: SlickText, Textedly and SimpleTexting sell you a login and message credits, and the work stays with you. SlickText publishes plans from $29 a month for 500 credits, and SimpleTexting publishes $39 a month for 500 credits with 5.5 cents per credit after that plus $10 a month for the number, both taken from their own pricing pages in September 2026. Cheap, right up until you count the hours nobody in your business has.

The second way is done for you, and that is what Ziwi sells. We write the messages, build the sequences, run the sends, register your brand and campaign for A2P 10DLC, capture and store the consent, and answer what comes back. Nurture Starter is $297 a month and covers the follow-up sequences plus one campaign a month, by email and by text. The full Nurture plan is $597 a month and adds reactivation and repeat-business campaigns, registered text messaging and list cleaning. Both are month to month, like every other price we publish.

Express written consent
A contact has to agree in writing to receive marketing texts from your business by name, before the first one is sent. That means a checkbox that is not pre-ticked, with the terms sitting next to it.
A2P 10DLC registration
US carriers require every business texting from a 10-digit number to register the brand and the campaign. Unregistered traffic gets filtered or blocked, and Ziwi files and maintains the registration for you.
An opt-out in every message
Every marketing text carries a way to stop it, and a stop request is honored immediately and permanently, across the whole channel rather than the single campaign it arrived on. The FCC's revocation rules allow up to ten business days; we do it the same day, and a stop by text also stops the calls.
CAN-SPAM on the email side
Every commercial email carries a working unsubscribe, an honest subject and from line, and your real postal address. Opt-outs are processed the day they arrive, well inside the ten business days the law allows.

What the sending itself costs, and how message volume changes the math, is broken out on the email and SMS marketing cost page.

What you get

Everything the full Nurture plan includes

Run it standalone or wired into a plan. Either way, the accounts and the data are yours.

See published pricing

Messages written for you

Short, useful, and written like a person sent them, not merge tags dropped into a template you still have to finish.

Sequences tied to what people did

A price request, a missed call, a booking, a no-show. The sequence starts from the event and stops the moment they book.

Your list, cleaned and segmented

Past customers, open quotes and cold leads stop getting the same message. Bad numbers and non-consenting contacts come out first.

A2P 10DLC registration handled

Your brand and campaign registered with the carriers before the first send, so the messages arrive instead of being quietly filtered.

Consent captured and stored

Opt-in language on your forms, a record of who agreed and when, and opt-outs processed the moment they arrive.

Quiet hours respected

Nothing sends outside 8 AM to 9 PM in the recipient's own time zone, which is the federal TCPA window as of September 2026, and we tighten it further where a state sets narrower hours.

Reactivation campaigns

A real campaign back to the customers you already earned, with a reason to answer this week rather than a newsletter nobody asked for.

Reporting on replies and booked work

What each send produced in replies and bookings, next to the opt-out rate. Not a page of delivery percentages.

The process

What happens in your first 30 days?

Nothing sends in week one. The list, the consent and the carrier registration come first, because a fast start from an unregistered number is how a texting program dies in month two.

Week 1
Registration and the list

Your brand and campaign are submitted for A2P 10DLC registration, your list is pulled together, and consent is checked contact by contact.

Week 2
Opt-in and sequences

Opt-in language goes onto your forms, and the new-lead follow-up sequence is written and wired to your forms and calls.

Week 3
The first campaign

A reactivation or repeat-business campaign goes to customers who opted in, inside quiet hours, with an offer worth answering.

Week 4
Your first report

Replies, opt-outs and booked work from every send, with the health of the list sitting next to it.

Nurture Starter is $297 a month: follow-up sequences wired to your forms and calls, plus one campaign a month, by email and by text. The full Nurture plan is $597 a month and adds reactivation and repeat-business campaigns, registered text messaging and list cleaning. Both are month to month and both run standalone or inside a larger plan. Registered text messaging comes with the full plan, and we will not text a list that never opted in.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Anything this page does not answer, ask on the call. Book a discovery call and keep the plan either way.

Software starts at about $29 to $39 a month for 500 message credits at SlickText and SimpleTexting as of September 2026, and the work stays with you. Done for you starts at $297 a month with Nurture Starter, or $597 for the full plan with registered text messaging. The two are not really the same purchase.

Yes, with express written consent under the TCPA, which as of September 2026 means the person agreed in writing to receive marketing texts from your business by name. Every message needs a way to opt out, and sends stay inside 8 AM to 9 PM in the recipient's time zone. Statutory damages under the TCPA start at $500 per message, so this is not the place to improvise.

Yes, if you text customers from a 10-digit business number: US carriers require the brand and the campaign to be registered before the traffic is trusted. Unregistered messages get filtered or blocked, which looks like a dead list rather than an error. Ziwi files and maintains it on the full Nurture plan at $597 a month.

Only the contacts who opted in to texts, and a phone number collected on a job in 2023 does not carry that consent forward. We clean the list first, reintroduce you by email where consent allows, and collect text opt-in going forward. That is weeks 1 and 2 of the plan, before anything sends.

Two to four times a month is where most local businesses settle, and every send needs a reason beyond staying in touch. Reminders, confirmations and time-bound offers earn their place. A weekly newsletter by text does not, and the opt-out rate usually says so within 2 sends.

Both, and they are both inside the same $297 plan. Email carries the longer explanation, the offer and the proof. A text gets read within minutes, which makes it the right tool for a reminder, a confirmation or a short question. Nurture Starter sequences the two so they never talk over each other.
