Google and Facebook Ads for One Monthly Fee: $297 to $797

Ziwi manages Google Ads and Facebook ads together for one monthly fee: $297 with ad spend up to $1,500, $497 from $1,500 to $3,500, and $797 above $3,500. The fee is set by your total ad budget across all platforms, never charged per platform, and the ad spend itself is paid to Google and Facebook separately.

One Ziwi fee covers your Google and Facebook ads together: $297 a month with total ad spend up to $1,500, $497 from $1,500 to $3,500, and $797 above $3,500, month to month. This page answers one question: can one agency run your Google and Facebook ads for a single monthly fee, and what is that fee? At Ziwi it can, and the fee is printed. What agencies charge to run Google alone is covered on Google Ads management cost, and the Meta side on Facebook ads management pricing. This page is about running them together, and what other agencies print when they do the same.

Does one Ziwi fee cover Google and Facebook ads together?

The short answer

Yes. The $297 covers Google and Facebook together. Your tier is set by your total monthly ad budget, not by the platform.

The same fee also covers Instagram, YouTube and Local Services Ads, so adding a platform never adds a second management fee.

  • Google Ads. Search campaigns for the people already looking for what you do.
  • Facebook and Instagram. Ads in front of people in your area who were not searching yet.
  • YouTube. Video ads, covered on YouTube ads management.
  • Local Services Ads. The pay-per-lead listings Google shows for local trades, covered on Local Services Ads.
  • The landing page, the creative and the tracking. Included in the fee on every tier, not billed as extra lines.

What are the three tiers, and what sets yours?

Your tier is set by total monthly ad spend across every platform you run, added together: $297 a month up to $1,500, $497 from $1,500 to $3,500, and $797 above $3,500. A larger account steps the fee up. To be straight about it, the fee is not one number: it moves with your spend band, but it is not a percentage of your spend.

TierTotal monthly ad spend, all platforms added togetherZiwi management feeWho the ad spend is paid to
FirstUp to $1,500$297 a monthGoogle and Meta, from your own accounts
Second$1,500 to $3,500$497 a monthGoogle and Meta, from your own accounts
ThirdAbove $3,500, no ceiling$797 a monthGoogle and Meta, from your own accounts
$297a month, every platform together, ad spend up to $1,500
$497a month, every platform together, ad spend $1,500 to $3,500
$797a month, every platform together, ad spend above $3,500

Ad spend never passes through Ziwi. Google bills your card for Google Ads, YouTube and Local Services Ads, Meta bills your card for Facebook and Instagram, and Ziwi's invoice carries only the $297, $497 or $797 fee. The accounts are in your name from day one, so if you leave, the campaigns and their history stay with you.

What does one fee look like with real budgets?

Four worked examples, from $800 to $5,000 of monthly ad spend, show how the tier follows the total and not the number of platforms. The split between platforms in each row is only an illustration; any split with the same total lands on the same fee.

ExampleMonthly ad spend by platformTotal ad spendZiwi feeTotal monthly cost
One platformGoogle Ads $800$800$297$1,097
Two platformsGoogle Ads $900, Facebook and Instagram $500$1,400$297$1,697
Three platformsGoogle Ads $1,200, Facebook and Instagram $800, Local Services Ads $500$2,500$497$2,997
Four platformsGoogle Ads $2,500, Facebook and Instagram $1,500, YouTube $500, Local Services Ads $500$5,000$797$5,797
One fee by total spend

At Ziwi, Google at $900 and Facebook at $500 count as $1,400 of total spend, so the fee is $297. Adding Facebook to a Google account that stays under $1,500 in total costs nothing extra in fees.

A fee per platform

Under per-platform pricing, the same two platforms carry two management fees. Feedbird, for example, lists Google Ads management and Meta Ads management from $499 a month each (checked October 2026).

Which agencies publish a fee for Google and Facebook ads?

We checked 7 agencies' own pages on October 4, 2026, and 2 of them print a single dollar fee covering Google and Meta together: Ads Handled at $399 a month, and Media Ads Buyer at $749 a month for any two platforms. The 7 are a selection from the agencies ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity named when we asked which agencies run Google and Facebook ads for one fee and which Google Ads companies publish their fee, so this is not a full market survey and not a ranking. Ziwi publishes this page and appears in it as ours, the rows are in alphabetical order, and each row shows only what that agency prints.

Read the rows by what you would actually run. For a business putting $1,400 a month into Google and Facebook together, the printed fees on this list include $297 at Ziwi, $399 at Ads Handled, and $998 when Feedbird's two per-channel starting prices are added together, while Media Ads Buyer's plans list $5,000 a month of ad spend and so are built for a larger budget (all checked October 4, 2026). Ziwi is not the lowest at every budget: Ads Handled prints $399 a month flat, below Ziwi's $797 above $3,500 of ad spend (checked October 4, 2026), so ask each agency whether its fee changes with spend. Each agency's own page is the authority on its price, and prices change, so open the page before you budget.

When is one fee for every platform not the right fit?

One fee for every platform helps most when you run two or more platforms on under $3,500 a month of total spend. It matters less in four cases:

  • One platform on a small budget. If you only run Google with $800 a month, there is nothing to combine; you pay $297 either way.
  • A budget about to cross a band. The fee follows your total, so spend of $1,500 to $3,500 carries the $497 fee, and spend above $3,500 the $797 fee.
  • You want the agency to hold the accounts. Ziwi runs ads in accounts you own and pay for. If you would rather an agency bill the media for you, this model is not that.
  • You want a guarantee. No fee structure guarantees leads, rankings or a cost per lead, ours included.

How do you compare a one-fee quote with a per-platform quote?

Turn every quote into one monthly number for the 2 or 3 platforms you will actually run, at the ad budget you will actually spend. A quote that looks lower per platform can cost more once a second platform is added.

  1. 01

Write down your total ad spend. Add Google, Facebook, Instagram and anything else, per month.

  2. 02

Ask whether the fee is per platform or per account. Two platforms at $499 each is $998 before a dollar of ad spend.

  3. 03

Ask what moves the fee. A spend band, a percentage of spend, or a new platform. Ziwi's moves only with the spend band.

  4. 04

Ask whose card pays the platforms. At Ziwi it is yours, and the accounts are in your name.

  5. 05

Ask for the minimum term. Multiply any fee with a 3-month or 12-month minimum by its term before setting it beside a month-to-month one.

Ziwi publishes the three tiers on the pricing page and runs the work through Google Ads management and Facebook and Instagram ads. If you are still deciding which platform to start on, read Google Ads vs Facebook Ads first, because one channel working comes before two.

Which agencies manage Facebook ads for a small business for a flat monthly fee?

Ziwi manages Facebook ads for a small business for a flat $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, and the same fee covers Google, Instagram, YouTube and Local Services Ads, so Facebook never carries a second management fee. Of the 7 agencies we checked on October 4, 2026, Ads Handled prints $399 a month flat for Facebook, Instagram and Google Search, Feedbird prints Meta Ads management from $499 a month, and Media Ads Buyer prints $499 a month for one channel on plans that list $5,000 a month of ad spend. Those are each agency's own published figures, not Ziwi prices, and Ziwi's fee runs month to month with the ad spend paid to Meta from your own account.

To size the ad spend itself, what Google Ads costs and what Facebook ads cost show the click and lead prices the one fee sits on top of.
