YouTube Ads Management From $297 a Month - Ziwi Marketing

Video that books jobs, not video that gets views.

YouTube ads management is running video campaigns inside Google Ads: who sees the video, which video they see, and what happens after the click. Ziwi runs YouTube on the same fee as every other channel, $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, $497 with $1,500 to $3,500 in spend, and $797 above $3,500.

Where it leaks

Where do businesses lose here?

01Views are not customers

A campaign set up for views buys the cheapest attention on the platform, which is usually the least interested. The number that counts is calls and booked jobs, and getting those takes a different campaign than the one most people build.

02Nothing worth running

Most local businesses stall right here. You do not need a production crew, you need three usable clips and one clear offer, and a phone shoots that on a job site in an afternoon.

03Cold video to a cold audience

Selling a five-figure job to a stranger in six seconds is the hardest ask on the internet. Video pays back fastest against people who already visited your site or watched you before, which is where we start every account.

The explainer

What YouTube ads actually are

Why it matters: YouTube is the one channel where a local business can show the work instead of describing it. A roofer walking a hail-damaged deck, a surgeon explaining what the day of the procedure looks like, a tech pulling a filthy return out of an attic. None of that fits in a search ad. And because it is bought through Google, you can put that video in front of the people who visited your site last week and did not call.

YouTube ads are bought inside Google Ads, not on YouTube itself. You choose who sees them by location, by what people search on Google, by the channels and videos they watch, and by lists of people who already visited your site or gave you their number. The formats that matter for a local business are the skippable ad that runs before another video, vertical video in the Shorts feed, and the six-second bumper used to stay in front of people who already know you.

The buying model is different from search. On search you pay for a click from someone already looking for you. On YouTube you mostly pay for attention: a view, an impression, or an action, depending on the campaign type. Action-focused video now runs inside Google's Demand Gen campaigns, which put the same cuts across YouTube, Shorts, Discover and Gmail and optimize toward the lead rather than the view. About 480 people a month search youtube ads management and another 260 search youtube ads agency (our September 2026 pull).

Skippable in-stream
Runs before or during another video. The skip costs you nothing, so the first five seconds carry the whole ad.
Shorts and in-feed
Vertical video in the feed. Cheap attention, and the right home for an offer a viewer understands in three seconds.
Follow-up video
Short cuts aimed only at people who visited your site or watched your last video. This is where a local budget earns most of its keep.

YouTube sits under the same management fee as Facebook and Instagram ads, and the whole ladder is on the published prices page. It earns its keep in considered, high-ticket categories: med spa, dental and construction and remodeling. If Meta is where you are starting, the Meta ads guide covers that side first.

What you get

Everything YouTube ads management includes

Run it standalone or wired into a plan. Either way, the accounts and the data are yours.

Audience build

Past site visitors, previous viewers, your customer list, and people searching your services on Google. All fenced to your service area.

Video cut from your own footage

We edit what you already have, job-site clips, before and afters, team video, into ad-length cuts. Simple produced video only where there is nothing to work with.

A landing page per offer

The click lands on a page about that one service with one clear next step, not on a homepage that makes people hunt.

Follow-up video campaigns

Short cuts aimed at the people who visited and did not book. Usually the cheapest work in the whole account.

Leads answered in seconds

Video leads cool off fast because nobody was searching. Every call and form is answered day and night.

Tracking wired to bookings

Calls and forms tied back to the video that produced them, so spend is judged on jobs booked instead of views served.

Weekly plain-answer reporting

What each cut and each audience cost per lead and per booked job. View counts are a footnote.

Your account, your video

The Google Ads account, the audience lists and every edited file are yours to keep if you leave.

The process

What happens in your first 30 days?

Footage first, spend second. A YouTube campaign with nothing worth watching is just a bill.

Week 1
Footage audit and offer

We go through the video you already have, pick the usable clips, write the offer, and build the first three cuts.

Week 2
Follow-up campaign live

The first campaign runs to people who already visited your site, because that audience pays back fastest and proves the offer.

Week 3
Cold audiences open

Once the follow-up is producing, we open the search-based and in-market audiences inside your service area.

Week 4
Your first report

Cost per lead by video and by audience, what gets cut, and which three cuts get made next.

Management is $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, $497 with $1,500 to $3,500 in spend, and $797 above $3,500, month to month. That one fee covers YouTube running next to your search or Meta campaigns in the same account, so you are not billed twice. Ad spend goes to Google from your own account. Editing your existing footage is included. If there is genuinely nothing usable, we say so and price a simple shoot openly before anything runs.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Anything this page does not answer, ask on the call. Book a discovery call and keep the plan either way.

$297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, $497 with $1,500 to $3,500 in spend, and $797 above $3,500, month to month. Your ad spend goes straight to Google from your own account, and the same fee covers YouTube running alongside search or Meta campaigns rather than adding a second retainer.

For high-ticket work, often yes: video earns its keep when the job is worth thousands and the buyer takes weeks to decide, and it earns most against people who visited your site in the last 30 days. It rarely pays for emergency work bought in the moment, like a burst pipe at 2am, where search ads and Local Services Ads answer the search instead. We will say which one you are before you spend anything.

Most local accounts start between $500 and $1,000 a month on YouTube and keep it as the second channel, not the first. Below roughly $15 a day there is not enough delivery to learn anything inside a month. We usually open with the follow-up audience only, which is small and cheap, then widen once it produces.

No. Three usable clips shot on a phone are enough to start, and editing them into ad-length cuts is inside the $297 management fee. Real job-site footage, honest before and afters and your own team on camera do better for local services than a stock reel. If there is nothing usable at all, we price a simple shoot openly before it runs.

If your budget is under $2,500 a month, pick one, and for most local businesses that is Meta first. Meta is cheaper to test because still images work and creative turns around in a day. YouTube needs video, but it targets people by what they search on Google and what they watch, and its follow-up ads to past site visitors are the strongest single use of video for a local business.

Two weeks from kickoff in most accounts: week 1 is the footage audit, the offer and the first three cuts, and the first campaign goes live in week 2. Everything runs month to month with no long contract, and the account, the audiences and every edited file stay in your name.

Works better together

Pair it with

YouTube creates demand that Google Ads then captures, which is why almost nobody should run it alone. It shares a fee and a creative pipeline with Meta and paid social, and every click lands on a landing page built for that one offer. Book a discovery call.

Your best customers are not searching yet. They are scrolling. We fill your pipeline with dozens of tested ads and real offers, not one boosted post.

Most business websites are brochures with a phone number. Ours are booking machines: a page per offer, tracked end to end, and 100% yours from day one.
