Ziwi is a Weave alternative with every price published: reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, Ziwi Engage missed-call texting at $99, run for you, month to month, and you own the Google listing. Weave prints a base plan from $199 a month and $149 bundles, higher plans by quote (checked October 2026). See Ziwi's pricing.

Local SEO, Google and Facebook ads management, reviews, lead answering and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, each priced on its own. Call tracking included with ads management.
See how we compareZiwi publishes this page and lists its own prices first: reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, Ziwi Engage lead answering at $99 or $299 a month, local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, and a $0 website build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, with reviews, Engage, SEO and ads month to month. Weave is a phone and messaging system for practices that your front desk runs, priced from $199 a month with reviews and scheduling sold as $149 bundles. Ziwi is not a phone system, so the overlap is narrow and this page keeps to it: review requests and missed-call texts, with Weave's published prices and terms beside Ziwi's, where Weave is still the better buy, and what a switch costs. Every Weave figure is labelled with its source and the month we checked it, October 2026.
Ziwi does: reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location and Ziwi Engage missed-call texting at $99 a month plus AI usage billed at cost, both run for you, month to month with no notice period, and every price printed before any call. Weave prints a base plan from $199 a month with Call Pop, two-way texting, missed call texting and team chat, an Attract bundle at $149 a month that adds reviews, email marketing and bulk texting, and a Coordinate bundle at $149 for scheduling and reminders, with its Pro, Elite and Ultimate plans behind a Get Pricing button (getweave.com, checked October 2026).
Weave's plans page says it does not require long-term contracts and offers discounts on year-long ones, and its Terms of Service, updated October 2, 2026, renew a plan automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the next billing period, with annual orders owing their remaining balance and no refunds (checked October 2026). Reviews on Weave cost $199 plus $149, $348 a month before any phone hardware, against Ziwi's $197 run for you, so the question is whether you want the phone system too.

| Who owns the listing and numbers | Cancelling takes effect only after every phone number is moved out of Weave; your data comes back on written request within 30 days of termination if the account is paid up, and fees may apply, per the terms; the terms do not cover the Google listing | You own the website, the domain, the Google listing and the ad accounts from day one, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal |
Weave's base plan is the phone system, and reviews are a $149 bundle on top of it, so a practice that only wants review requests pays for the base plan first (getweave.com, checked October 2026). Ziwi sells reviews at $197 and missed-call texting at $99 as two lines with no phones attached.
Weave's plans page prints a base plan from $199 a month, listing Call Pop, two-way texting, missed call texting, Text to Pay, a mobile app, team chat, call analytics and fax, with 2 phones or without phones (getweave.com, checked October 2026). Two bundles are printed at $149 a month each: Coordinate, with online scheduling, digital forms, reminders and recall texts, and Attract, with reviews, Text Connect, 10,000 emails and 5,000 bulk texts a month.
The Pro, Elite and Ultimate plans show a Get Pricing button and no number, and the AI Receptionist is listed as early access with no price. The Terms of Service allow price increases of up to 10% in any 12-month period and pass taxes, surcharges, the Universal Service Fund and a cost recovery fee to the customer without printing amounts, so a $199 plan with Attract is $348 a month before those lines.
Weave prints its base price and its two bundles but not the three higher plans, the AI Receptionist, the phone hardware or the card processing rate.
The terms say leased phones must go back within 10 business days or Weave can bill the full retail cost to replace them, and that cancelling does not take effect until every number on the account has been moved out. Before you compare, ask Weave for the plan you would actually be on, the phone cost, the surcharges on a sample invoice, and the cancel-by date in your order, in writing.

Ziwi does: reviews and reputation at $197 a month per location, Ziwi Engage lead answering at $99 or $299 a month, local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, and ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram, every price printed on the site before any call. SEO, ads, reviews and Engage run month to month with no notice period, and the website is a $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom.
The business owns the website, the domain, the Google listing and the ad accounts from day one, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal.
Ziwi is not a phone system and does not process patient payments, so it does not replace Weave's phones. The reviews line is explained in what reputation management costs, Engage in what an answering service costs, and what standalone receptionists charge in AI receptionist cost.
Want every price before you talk to sales?
Ziwi prints every plan, from $197 a month for reviews and $297 for local SEO or ads management. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the website and ad accounts stay in your name.
Weave is still the better buy for a practice that wants its phones, texting, reviews, scheduling and payments in one system run by its own front desk, from $199 a month, because Ziwi does not sell phones or payments at all (getweave.com, checked October 2026). Weave's missed call texting is included in the base plan, so a practice already on Weave for the phones gets that job done without a second vendor.
Ziwi's lines suit an office that keeps its phone system and wants the review requests sent and the leads answered by someone else, at $197 and $99 a month, and the two can sit side by side, Weave on the phones and Ziwi on the marketing.
The main switching cost from Weave is the phone numbers, because the terms say cancelling takes effect only after every number has been moved out of Weave, so a practice that keeps Weave for the phones and moves only the reviews work to Ziwi has nothing to port (checked October 2026). If you are leaving Weave entirely, port the numbers to the next phone provider first, return any leased phones within 10 business days, and give notice at least 30 days before the next billing period, since the terms say there are no refunds and an annual order owes its remaining balance.
At Ziwi reviews at $197 and Engage at $99 a month start the same week with no setup fee, month to month, and the Google Business Profile the reviews land on stays in your name. If you also want a website, it is a $0 build with a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months, live in 3 days from kickoff, with the first month of that plan free.
Decide what stays. Keep Weave for the phones if you need them; move only the review requests and missed-call texts to Ziwi, or port the numbers first if you are leaving.
Export the history. Download contacts, review replies and any text threads you need to keep; after termination the terms give you 30 days to request your data in writing.
Check the order. Find the next billing date and give notice 30 days before it, note any annual term, and read the leased phone return rule in the terms.
Start the Ziwi lines. Reviews at $197 and Engage at $99 a month go live the same week, with the Google listing in your name.
Put a Weave quote and Ziwi's price list side by side on 5 lines: the monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup or onboarding fee, the length of the initial term and how it renews, and who owns the website, the domain and the accounts. With Weave, add the bundles you need to the base price, ask for the phone hardware cost and a sample invoice with the surcharges, and confirm the cancel-by date and the number-porting rule in writing. Ziwi's answers to all five are printed on the pricing page, and SEO, ads, reviews and Engage stop at the end of any month you cancel, with no notice period.
Weave prints its base price and bundles and quotes the rest after a call; Ziwi prints $197 for reviews and $99 for missed-call texting, month to month, with no phones to lease.
