Ziwi publishes its orthodontist marketing prices, with no long contract on SEO, ads or reviews: local SEO is $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management is $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram, reviews are $197 a month per location, and the website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom, with hosting and maintenance at $99 a month or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the practice owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. An orthodontic marketing bill splits into a few lines: website, local SEO, Google and Meta ads management, reviews and the ad spend itself. Many orthodontic marketing companies quote after a call rather than print a price, so the few that do are worth reading closely. Each market figure here is another company's published figure, labelled with its name and the month we checked it, November 2026.

How much does orthodontist marketing cost?

The short answer

Ziwi's orthodontist marketing starts at $297 a month for local SEO or ads management, month to month, with every price published. Agencies that publish an orthodontic marketing price run from a managed service at $749 a month (theStacc) to SEO plans of $1,499 to $2,499 a month on a 12-month contract (OrthodontistSEO.com), based on the pages we checked in November 2026.

On the ads side, Redefine Web prints Google Ads management for orthodontists at $999 to $4,500 a month by practice size, on top of $4,500 to $28,000 in ad spend, and HIP Creative puts the ongoing monthly part of its full-service website tier at $1,500 to $5,000 (both checked November 2026). Most others print no price at all: in theStacc's August 2026 table, 11 of the 12 orthodontic agencies it lists show "Custom" pricing, and theStacc, which ranks itself first, is the one with a printed price.

Published orthodontic programMonthly feeWhat else you pay or get (checked November 2026)
OrthodontistSEO.com, Boost Plan$1,499For less competitive areas; 12-month contract; each extra Google Business Profile $499 a month
OrthodontistSEO.com, Propel Plan$1,999For competitive areas; 12-month contract
OrthodontistSEO.com, Ascend Plan$2,499For highly competitive areas; 12-month contract
theStacc, managed serviceFrom $749No minimum term; software plans from $49 a month
Redefine Web, Google Ads, solo or single location$999 to $1,499Ad spend on top; the page calls six months with a 30-day out the standard orthodontic ads contract
Redefine Web, Google Ads, two locations$1,499 to $2,499Ad spend on top
Redefine Web, Google Ads, three or more locations$2,499 to $4,500Ad spend on top; 10 or more offices are custom scope from $4,500
HIP Creative, full-service website and growth tier, ongoing part$1,500 to $5,000After a $15,000 to $30,000 or more website build; no other monthly price printed

Those ranges are written by agencies that sell orthodontic marketing, not by an independent body, and they do not always agree: Redefine Web's article prints $999 to $4,500 a month in its body and $2,000 to $7,500 a month on the agency side in its own FAQ, while Golden Proportions, a dental marketing agency that prints no prices, suggests 7 to 9 percent of collections for a practice that wants explosive growth (checked November 2026). Treat them as planning ranges, not a bill you owe.

Which orthodontic marketing agencies publish their prices?

Ziwi does: $297, $597 or $997 a month per location for local SEO, $297, $497 or $797 a month for ads management by total ad spend, $197 a month per location for reviews and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, all on the pricing page, with SEO, ads and reviews month to month. Among agencies that market orthodontists, OrthodontistSEO.com publishes three SEO plans at $1,499, $1,999 and $2,499 a month and a $2,999 website, HIP Creative publishes website price ranges, Redefine Web publishes Google Ads fee ranges and theStacc publishes a managed service from $749 a month (all checked November 2026).

Most do not: in theStacc's August 2026 table, 11 of the 12 orthodontic agencies it lists show "Custom" pricing, Smile Marketing's site shows a "GET PRICING" button with no amounts, and Golden Proportions says the price question is answered on a call (checked November 2026). Terms vary as much as prices: OrthodontistSEO.com requires a 12-month contract with notice of cancellation more than 30 days before renewal, Redefine Web says standard orthodontic Google Ads contracts run six months with a 30-day out after that, and theStacc lists no minimum term for itself.

  • OrthodontistSEO.com. Boost $1,499, Propel $1,999 and Ascend $2,499 a month, each extra Google Business Profile $499 a month, a custom website at $2,999 one time with optional maintenance at $99 a month, and the words "we require 12 month contracts" on the page (checked November 2026).
  • HIP Creative. Orthodontic websites at $2,000 to $5,000 on a template, $8,000 to $15,000 custom and $15,000 to $30,000 or more with a growth strategy, whose ongoing part runs $1,500 to $5,000 a month (January 2026, checked November 2026).
  • Redefine Web. Google Ads management for orthodontists at $999 to $1,499 a month for a single location, $1,499 to $2,499 for two locations and $2,499 to $4,500 for three or more, on top of $4,500 to $28,000 in ad spend (April 2026, checked November 2026).
  • theStacc. A managed service from $749 a month and software plans from $49, with no minimum term, in a roundup where it ranks itself first (August 2026, checked November 2026).
Monthly orthodontic SEO price, as published

OrthodontistSEO.com, Boost Plan$1,499
OrthodontistSEO.com, Ascend Plan$2,499
Published prices, checked November 2026. theStacc's $749 is a starting price for a managed content service with no minimum term; OrthodontistSEO.com's plans need a 12-month contract. Ad spend is not included in any of these.

OrthodontistSEO.com's $1,499 plan and theStacc's $749 managed service are not the same product, so compare what each line includes before you compare totals.

OrthodontistSEO.com's plans are SEO with Google Business Profile setup included, priced by how competitive the area is and held for 12 months, while theStacc's price is for a content service it describes as month to month (checked November 2026). Ziwi prices each line on its own so a practice can buy only the lines that are missing, and the full rate card is on the pricing page.

What does each line of an orthodontist marketing bill cost?

Line by line, Ziwi's orthodontist prices are a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, local SEO from $297 a month per location, ads management from $297 a month, reviews at $197 a month per location and hosting and maintenance at $99 a month. On the market side, OrthodontistSEO.com prints SEO at $1,499 to $2,499 a month plus $499 a month for each extra Google Business Profile, and Redefine Web prints Google Ads management at $999 to $4,500 a month plus $4,500 to $28,000 in ad spend (both checked November 2026). None of the agencies we checked prints a separate orthodontic price for reviews, and Redefine Web and Ziwi both print ad spend as a separate bill, which at Ziwi goes to Google or Meta from the practice's own account.

The SEO rungs are broken down in what local SEO costs, the ads fee in Google Ads management pricing and the reviews line in what reputation management costs, and on the hosting or Ziwi Care plan, the first month of the plan is free, because it usually falls during the build. Two costs sit outside every line in this table: the ad spend itself, and the fees a practice pays Align Technology or another aligner maker to offer Invisalign or clear aligners, which never sit inside a Ziwi fee.

Which agencies print the price of an orthodontist website?

Ziwi does: an orthodontist website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 for a custom build, with hosting and maintenance at $99 a month and every price on the site before you book a call. Among agencies that market orthodontists, OrthodontistSEO.com prints a custom website at $2,999 one time with optional maintenance at $99 a month, and HIP Creative prints $2,000 to $5,000 for a template site, $8,000 to $15,000 for a custom design and $15,000 to $30,000 or more for a full-service site with a growth strategy (checked November 2026).

At Ziwi the practice owns the site and the domain from launch, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal, and a standard build goes live 3 days from kickoff.

Website update and maintenance requests are turned around within 24 hours on every plan.

  • A consult request on every page, with a click-to-call number.
  • Separate pages for braces, clear aligners and early treatment, so the page matches what the parent or adult searched.
  • Cost and payment plan details, since adults and parents compare several offices before a consult.
  • Pages written for parents, covering age, timing and what happens at the first visit.
  • Before and after photos and reviews placed next to the consult request, used only with each patient's signed HIPAA authorization, or a parent's for a minor, and shown as that patient's own result, not a promise.

Read what you get before you compare orthodontist website design cost: a site that lives inside a vendor's monthly platform may not move with you when the subscription ends, while a Ziwi site is yours whether you stay or go. How much does an orthodontist spend to get one new start?

Redefine Web, an agency that sells orthodontic Google Ads, says its own client accounts put a fair cost per signed adult Invisalign case at $360 to $520 and a booked braces or Invisalign consult at $85 to $180, its figures and not a promise (April 2026, checked November 2026). Ziwi's side of that bill is a flat fee, $297 a month to manage ads with spend up to $1,500, and local SEO from $297 a month per location, so a practice can run both for $594 a month in fees before ad spend. The same article puts adult Invisalign at $5,200 to $7,800 a case and teen full-treatment braces at $4,800 to $6,500, figures it cites to no outside source, so weigh any cost per lead against your own case fees (checked November 2026).

  1. 01

Google search ads. They reach adults and parents searching for braces or Invisalign now; Redefine Web prints $4,500 to $28,000 in ad spend on top of its management fee (checked November 2026).

  2. 02

Facebook and Instagram ads. Adults and parents compare several offices before a consult, which suits ads that show the office and the team, and at Ziwi they run under the same ads fee as Google. See what Facebook ads cost.

  3. 03

Local SEO. A flat monthly fee rather than a price per lead: $297 a month per location at Ziwi, or $1,499 to $2,499 a month on a 12-month contract at OrthodontistSEO.com (checked November 2026).

  4. 04

Reviews. $197 a month per location at Ziwi, and every patient your office invites gets the same request, with no treatment details in it, and a text goes only to patients, or parents of minor patients, who agreed to receive texts.

  5. 05

Referrals from general dentists. No ad fee at all, but it takes steady follow up with the offices that send you patients. See orthodontic marketing ideas.

Those are the sources' figures, not a promise about what any campaign will bring in, and Ziwi does not promise a start count or a cost per start. Redefine Web sells the ads it prices, and its own article prints two different fee ranges, so read it as one agency's view (checked November 2026). Results vary by market, offer and spend.

What should an orthodontist marketing quote include?

An orthodontist marketing quote should show at least 5 things in writing: each monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup fee, the contract length, and who owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. It should also say which patient details the agency will handle, such as the names and phone numbers used for review requests, and whether it will sign a business associate agreement for them. Ziwi signs one when a practice asks. Ask too how the contract ends, since OrthodontistSEO.com requires 12 months and asks for notice of cancellation more than 30 days before the renewal period, while Ziwi's SEO, ads and reviews run month to month (checked November 2026). These are the red flags that make two orthodontic quotes hard to compare.

  • One bundled number. A single monthly price with no lines hides what each part costs.
  • Ad spend inside the fee. You cannot tell how much reached Google or Meta.
  • A promised ranking or start count. No agency controls Google's results or who signs a treatment contract.
  • A long contract on a rented site. Leaving can mean losing the website and starting over.
  • Patient lists with no paperwork. If an agency will text or email your patients, ask for a signed business associate agreement and confirm each patient agreed to receive texts before you share any names or numbers. Ziwi signs one when a practice asks.

Orthodontist marketing comes down to lines you can price one at a time: published orthodontic prices run from a $749 a month managed service (theStacc) to SEO at $2,499 a month (OrthodontistSEO.com) and Google Ads management at up to $4,500 a month (Redefine Web), checked November 2026, and many others quote after a call. Ziwi prices each line on its own, with local SEO and ads management from $297 a month, reviews $197, all month to month, and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months. For the search side see dental SEO, for the site see dental website design, for the wider picture see what dental marketing costs, and for the whole plan see Ziwi's dental marketing.
