Ziwi's pest control marketing prices are published: local SEO from $297 a month, ads from $297, reviews $197, all month to month, and a $0 website with a plan kept 12 months. Agencies printing pest control prices run from $249 a month (Footbridge Media) to $7,500 up (The Search Sherpa), checked October 2026. See Ziwi's pest control marketing.

See how we compareZiwi publishes its pest control marketing prices, with no contract on SEO, ads or reviews: local SEO is $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management is $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram that also covers Local Services Ads, reviews are $197 a month per location, and the website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom, with hosting and maintenance at $99 a month or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the pest control company owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. A pest control marketing bill splits into a few lines: website, local SEO, Google and Meta ads management, Local Services Ads, reviews and the ad spend itself. Many pest control agencies quote after a call rather than print a price or a term, so the few that print both are easy to set side by side. Each market figure here is another company's published figure, labelled with its name and the month we checked it, October 2026.

Ziwi does: local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend and reviews at $197 a month per location all run month to month with no contract, and the one line with a condition is the $0 website build, which needs a hosting or Ziwi Care plan kept 12 months. Among agencies that name pest control, Footbridge Media prints "Cancel anytime" and "There are no long-term contracts" on its $249 a month pest control program, Colorado Web Impressions sells its local SEO plans from $950 a month month to month, and Mastodon Marketing's $397 Starter is month to month (all checked October 2026).
Others say nothing either way: Always Do Better LLC prints $249, $597 and $1,750 a month with no term on the page, The Search Sherpa prints retainer tiers with no term, and Seoteric's website plan carries a minimum 12-month commitment (all checked October 2026). A silent page is not a no-contract page, so ask for the term in writing before you compare the fees.
| Published program that names pest control | Monthly fee | Term and what else you pay or get (checked October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Footbridge Media, pest control marketing program | $249 | No long-term contracts, cancel anytime; $0 setup, website included, 90-day money-back guarantee |
| Mastodon Marketing, Starter | $397 | Month to month; website, light SEO and Google Business Profile optimization; ads from $500 a month per channel plus ad spend |
| Always Do Better LLC, website with AI lead capture | From $249 | No term stated; SEO engine $597 a month; full CRM from $1,750 a month |
| Colorado Web Impressions, Local SEO and Google Maps | From $950 | Month to month; website from $1,850 one time with a year of hosting; ad spend not included |
| Seoteric, Startup to Pro packages | Starting at $1,500, $3,000, $5,000 or $8,000 | No term stated; ad spend not included above Startup; website plan from $249 on a 12-month minimum |
| The Search Sherpa, SEO retainers | $1,500 to $2,500 single market; $2,500 to $4,500 multi-town; $4,500 to $7,500 and up multi-branch | No term stated; one-time strategy roadmap credited toward a retainer |
Those fees are not the same product: Footbridge Media's $249 bundles a website, local SEO, reviews and a CRM, Always Do Better LLC's $249 is a website with AI call capture and its SEO is a separate $597, and The Search Sherpa's $1,500 to $2,500 is SEO for one town or branch (all checked October 2026). Ziwi prices each line on its own, so a pest control company can buy only the lines that are missing.
Ziwi's pest control marketing starts at $297 a month for local SEO or ads management, month to month, with every price published. Agencies that print a pest control price run from $249 a month all in at Footbridge Media to SEO retainers of $1,500 to $7,500 and up at The Search Sherpa, with Always Do Better LLC at $597 a month for SEO, Colorado Web Impressions from $950 and Seoteric's packages starting at $1,500, based on the pages we checked in October 2026.
The Search Sherpa, an SEO agency, says most pest control companies pay about $1,500 to $3,500 a month for SEO, that there is no flat rate because route width, pest lines and competition all move it, and cites Coalmarch's finding that the average pest control company put $2,748 a month into organic search in 2025 (August 2026, checked October 2026). Web Tonic's pest control statistics page prints no agency fees but cites an NPMA and PCO Bookkeepers 2025 figure that the average pest control company spends 6.6 percent of revenue on marketing, with 10 to 15 percent for growth-stage operators (updated October 2026, checked October 2026).
Published pest control programs run from $249 to $7,500 and up a month, a 30-fold spread, and most of the gap is what each fee bundles (checked October 2026).
Footbridge Media's $249 includes the website, SEO, reviews and a CRM in one fee, while The Search Sherpa's $4,500 to $7,500 multi-branch retainer is SEO alone for several offices (checked October 2026). Ziwi prices each line on its own so a pest control company can buy only the lines that are missing, and the full rate card is on the pricing page.

Line by line, Ziwi's pest control prices are a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, local SEO from $297 a month per location, ads management from $297 a month, reviews at $197 a month per location and hosting and maintenance at $99 a month. On the market side, Always Do Better LLC prints a pest control website from $249 a month and SEO at $597 a month as separate lines, Colorado Web Impressions prints a website from $1,850 one time and local SEO and Google Maps from $950 a month, and Mastodon Marketing prints ads management from $500 a month per channel plus ad spend (all checked October 2026). Colorado Web Impressions, Seoteric and Mastodon Marketing all print ad spend as a separate bill, and so does Ziwi, where it goes to Google or Meta from the pest control company's own account.
| Line item | Ziwi, published | Pest control market, as published (checked October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Website build | $0 with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 designed template or $2,500 custom (contractor website cost) | Included in the $249 a month program (Footbridge Media); from $249 a month (Always Do Better LLC); from $1,850 one time (Colorado Web Impressions) |
| Hosting and upkeep | $99 a month, or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location | A year of hosting inside the $1,850 build, then edits at $250 an hour (Colorado Web Impressions) |
| Local SEO | $297, $597 or $997 a month per location | $597 (Always Do Better LLC); from $950 (Colorado Web Impressions); $1,500 to $2,500 for one town or branch (The Search Sherpa) |
| Google, Facebook and Instagram ads management | $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for every platform, spend paid on top | From $500 a month per channel plus ad spend (Mastodon Marketing); packages from $1,500 with ad spend separate (Seoteric) |
| Local Services Ads management | Covered by the same ads fee, $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500 (Local Services Ads cost) | Published lead prices run from $15 to $96 depending on the source (Blue Grid Media and Coalmarch, via Web Tonic and The Search Sherpa) |
| Reviews and reputation | $197 a month per location | Review support included in the $249 a month program (Footbridge Media) |
| Ad spend | Paid to Google or Meta from your own account, never marked up | Not included (Colorado Web Impressions, Seoteric); $500 a month recommended on Seoteric's Startup package |
| Contract | Month to month, except the $0 website build, which needs a plan kept 12 months; leave sooner and you repay only the unearned part of the build fee | No contracts, cancel anytime (Footbridge Media); month to month (Mastodon Marketing, Colorado Web Impressions); none stated (Always Do Better LLC, The Search Sherpa); 12-month minimum on Seoteric's website plan |
The SEO rungs are broken down in what local SEO costs, the ads fee in Google Ads management pricing, and the per-lead side in what Local Services Ads cost. On the hosting or Ziwi Care plan, the first month is free, because it usually falls during the build.
Ziwi does: a pest control website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 for a custom build, with hosting and maintenance at $99 a month and every price on the site before you book a call. Among agencies that name pest control, Footbridge Media includes a pest control website in its $249 a month program with no build fees, Always Do Better LLC prints a website with AI lead capture from $249 a month, Colorado Web Impressions prints a website from $1,850 one time with a year of hosting and Seoteric's website plan starts at $249 a month on a 12-month minimum (all checked October 2026).
At Ziwi the pest control company owns the site and the domain from launch, with hosting access through the Ziwi portal, and a standard build goes live 3 days from kickoff.
A swarm notice, a new town or a plan price goes live within 24 hours on a hosted Ziwi site.
Read what you get before you compare build prices: a site that lives inside a vendor's monthly platform may not move with you when the subscription ends, while a Ziwi site is yours whether you stay or go. The build is described on contractor website design and priced line by line on contractor website cost.

Ziwi manages Local Services Ads and search ads for one fee of $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, and runs local SEO from $297 a month per location, so a pest control company can have both for $594 a month in fees before ad spend. The per-lead side is where published figures disagree: The Search Sherpa cites Coalmarch at about $96 a Local Services lead in 2025, $148 for Google search ads, $44 for organic search and $111 across all paid channels, while Web Tonic cites the same Coalmarch benchmark at $53 a Local Services lead and Blue Grid Media at $15 to $28 for general pest work (both checked October 2026). So the published Local Services figures run from $15 to $96 a lead depending on who counted, which is a reason to judge any channel on booked plans rather than on a benchmark.
Shared lead platforms. Ask what each lead costs and how many companies receive it before you buy; none of the pest control pages we checked in October 2026 printed a shared-lead price.
Google Local Services Ads. About $96 a lead in 2025 (Coalmarch via The Search Sherpa), $53 (Coalmarch via Web Tonic) or $15 to $28 for general pest work (Blue Grid Media via Web Tonic), paid to Google per lead (all checked October 2026).
Google search ads. About $148 a lead in 2025, up 31 percent on 2024 (Coalmarch via The Search Sherpa, checked October 2026).
Local SEO. A flat monthly fee rather than a price per lead; The Search Sherpa cites Coalmarch at about $44 an organic lead in 2025 and an average of $2,748 a month spent on organic search (checked October 2026).
Pest control is a recurring business: The Search Sherpa puts a quarterly residential plan at about $98 to $178 a visit, or roughly $390 to $710 in year one, a one-time treatment at about $223 on average nationally (Fixr, January 2025), and cites NPMA that recurring revenue was 85.4 percent of residential pest control service revenue in 2025 (August 2026, checked October 2026). Those are the sources' figures, not a promise about what any campaign will bring in, and Ziwi does not promise a lead count or a cost per lead. Demand also moves with the calendar: The Search Sherpa cites Coalmarch's finding that the strongest months ran July through September and that December saw the sharpest decline in conversions (checked October 2026).
A pest control marketing quote should show at least 5 things in writing: each monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup fee, the contract length, and who owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. It should also say what happens to the site if you leave, since Footbridge Media says your site goes with you and Ziwi says the same, while a site rented inside a platform may not move (checked October 2026). These are the red flags that make two pest control quotes hard to compare.
Pest control marketing comes down to lines you can price one at a time: agencies that print a pest control price run from $249 a month all in (Footbridge Media) to SEO retainers of $1,500 to $7,500 and up (The Search Sherpa), checked October 2026, and many others quote after a call. Ziwi prices each line on its own, with local SEO and ads management from $297 a month, reviews $197, all month to month, and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months. For the site see contractor website design, for the per-lead side see what Local Services Ads cost, and for the whole plan see Ziwi's pest control marketing.
