Ziwi publishes its real estate marketing prices and asks for no long contract: a realtor website hosted for $25 a month with portal access, where you publish listings and changes yourself, or $99 a month with maintenance, where Ziwi makes the changes the next business day. The website itself is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 for a custom site, local SEO is $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management is $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram, and reviews are $197 a month per location. Every plan is month to month, and the agent owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. A real estate marketing bill splits into a few lines: website and hosting, a CRM or lead system, local SEO, ads management and reviews. The usual choices for an agent are website and CRM platforms, the lead packages those platforms sell, and marketing agencies, and the platforms print prices more often than the agencies do. Each market figure here is another company's published price, labelled with its name, its source and the month we checked it, October 2026.

How much does real estate marketing cost a month for an agent?

The short answer

Ziwi's real estate marketing starts at $25 a month for a hosted realtor website with portal access, with local SEO or ads management from $297 a month, month to month, every price published. The website and CRM platforms agents compare publish $399 a month plus a $500 one-time setup fee (Real Geeks) and $299.95 to $599.95 a month on annual billing under a 12-month agreement (Sierra Interactive), while Curaytor's pricing page says $1,300 per month for its marketing platform and support team (all checked October 2026).

Avenue, which describes itself as software with a real team behind it, publishes $299 to $499 a month for a single agent with no setup fee, and Ylopo's pricing page shows plan names but no prices, with terms covered on a demo (checked October 2026).

Real Geeks, platform (website and CRM)$399$500 one-time setup, 2 users, IDX website and CRM included; 6-month, 12-month or annual commitment
Real Geeks, lead packages$299 to $599 per packageSocial $299, Search $599, Seller $599, each per month on top of the platform
Sierra Interactive, Starter (website and CRM)$299.95 on annual billing$359.95 billed monthly with a $500 setup fee; 12-month agreement either way
Sierra Interactive, Growth (website and CRM)$599.95 on annual billing$724.95 billed monthly with a $500 setup fee; 12-month agreement either way
Curaytor, marketing platform$1,300Platform and support team; the same page shows $1,299 in its title and $1,399 in one FAQ answer
Avenue, single agent$299 to $499No setup fee; monthly, cancel with 30 days notice; $100 a month of ad spend included on Accelerate

Real Geeks and Sierra Interactive sell a website and CRM subscription, not a marketing service, so an agent still pays for leads or ads on top: Real Geeks lead packages are $299 to $599 each per month and Sierra Interactive's Google ads management is a 10% monthly fee on at least $500 of ad spend (checked October 2026). Agency retainers are printed less often, and the one published SEO pricing guide we found puts a solo agent or small team at $1,500 to $2,500 a month for SEO alone (The Search Sherpa, updated May 22, 2026, checked October 2026).

What does each line of a realtor marketing bill cost?

Line by line, Ziwi's real estate prices are hosting at $25 a month with portal access or $99 with maintenance, a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, local SEO from $297 a month per location, ads management from $297 a month and reviews at $197 a month per location. On the platform side, Real Geeks prints $399 a month for its IDX website and CRM plus $10 per MLS board per month for IDX feeds, and Sierra Interactive prints $299.95 to $599.95 a month on annual billing, both of them website and CRM platforms rather than agencies (checked October 2026). For ads, Sierra Interactive charges a 10% monthly management fee on a minimum $500 of ad spend and $75 a month plus a $125 setup fee for its Facebook Lite Pack, where Ziwi charges one flat fee of $297 a month on ad spend up to $1,500 (checked October 2026).

A platform fee and a marketing fee are different lines, so compare what each one includes before you compare totals.

Real Geeks' $399 a month buys its IDX website and CRM for 2 users, and Curaytor's $1,300 a month buys a marketing platform with a support team (checked October 2026), while Ziwi's $25 a month buys hosting and portal access for a site Ziwi built. The full Ziwi rate card is on the pricing page, and the realtor plan is on the realtor page.

Which marketing agencies for realtors charge a flat monthly fee?

Ziwi does: a flat $25 a month hosts a realtor website with portal access, $99 a month adds maintenance with changes made the next business day, and local SEO, ads management and reviews are flat monthly fees of $297, $297 and $197, all month to month with no percentage of ad spend. Among the other companies that publish a flat monthly figure for agents, Avenue prints $299 to $499 a month for a single agent with no setup fee, Curaytor prints $1,300 per month, and the website and CRM platforms Real Geeks and Sierra Interactive print $399 and $299.95 to $599.95 a month (checked October 2026).

A flat fee only means something when the page also says what sits outside it.

At Ziwi, ad spend is paid to Google or Meta directly and the management fee steps from $297 to $497 once total spend passes $1,500 and to $797 above $3,500, while Sierra Interactive's ads management is 10% of spend rather than a flat figure (checked October 2026).

  • Website. A $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, or $1,000 for a designed template and $2,500 for a custom site, with an agent profile, testimonials, neighborhood pages and home valuation and showing request forms.
  • Hosting. $25 a month with portal access, where you add a listing, change its price, mark it pending or sold and publish it to your site, or $99 a month with maintenance and next business day changes.
  • Walkthrough videos. Made in the portal from listing photos, rendered 9:16 for Reels and Stories and 16:9 for YouTube and your site, on every plan.
  • Local SEO. $297 a month per location for Essentials, $597 or $997 for bigger markets.
  • Ads management. $297 a month on ad spend up to $1,500, $497 from $1,500 to $3,500 and $797 above that, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Reviews. $197 a month per location.

Ad spend is the line that moves most, and LocaliQ's real estate search ad benchmarks, an ads vendor's report, put the median cost per lead at $142.59 for homes-for-sale-by-agent campaigns and $102.51 for real estate overall, across 894 United States campaigns from April 2025 to March 2026 (updated September 14, 2026, checked October 2026). One lead is not a closing, so treat those as planning figures, not a promise. Ziwi Care, at $299 a month per location, is the heavier plan with a weekly post and unlimited small edits, and the real estate marketing page and the real estate marketing guide cover which line to fund first.

Which agencies build websites for real estate agents and publish the price?

Ziwi does: a realtor website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, or $1,000 for a designed template and $2,500 for a custom site, hosted for $25 a month with portal access, and every one of those prices is on the pricing page. Real Geeks publishes $399 a month plus a $500 one-time setup fee for its IDX website and CRM, Sierra Interactive publishes $299.95 to $599.95 a month on annual billing for its website and CRM packages, and Avenue publishes $299 to $499 a month for a single agent, while Ylopo's pricing page shows plans but no prices (checked October 2026).

A published price is the first thing to check, and the second is whether the site leaves with you.

On a platform subscription the website lives on the vendor's system, and Real Geeks prints a $50 domain transfer fee for a domain it purchased when you move to a non-Real Geeks website (checked October 2026), whereas at Ziwi you own the site, the domain and the accounts on every plan and the site goes with you if you change brokerages.

  1. 01

Read the setup line. Real Geeks prints $500 one-time and Sierra Interactive prints $500 on monthly billing or $0 on annual billing (checked October 2026); Ziwi prints $0 with a plan kept 12 months.

  2. 02

Read the term. Sierra Interactive's packages run under a 12-month agreement and Real Geeks offers 6-month, 12-month or annual commitments (checked October 2026); Ziwi hosting is month to month.

  3. 03

Ask who publishes listings. At Ziwi you do, from the portal, on the $25 plan; on the $99 plan Ziwi makes the changes the next business day.

  4. 04

Ask what an IDX feed costs. Real Geeks prints $10 per MLS board per month (checked October 2026); at Ziwi an MLS or IDX search is scoped during discovery where your local MLS rules allow it.

The realtor designs Ziwi builds from are shown on the realtor page, and what goes into the site is in real estate website design. Ziwi asks only that a small Website by Ziwi Marketing link stays in the footer.

Do real estate marketing companies make you sign a 12-month contract?

Some do: Sierra Interactive's packages run under a 12-month agreement, Real Geeks offers 6-month, 12-month or annual commitments, and Avenue's own comparison table describes a typical agency contract as 6 to 12 months (all checked October 2026). Ziwi's plans are month to month with no notice period, including the $25 hosting plan, and the only 12-month condition is on the $0 website build, where keeping the plan 12 months earns down the waived $2,500 build fee and leaving sooner means repaying only the unearned part. Avenue's plans are monthly with 30 days notice, Curaytor's pricing page prints no contract length at all, and Ylopo says terms are covered on the demo (checked October 2026).

  1. 01

Find the minimum term. It often sits in a FAQ rather than the price table; Sierra Interactive states its 12-month agreement in the FAQ (checked October 2026).

  2. 02

Find the setup fee and when it applies. Sierra Interactive waives it on annual billing and charges $500 on monthly billing (checked October 2026).

  3. 03

Find what you repay if you leave. At Ziwi that is only the unearned part of the $2,500 waived build fee, inside the first 12 months.

  4. 04

Find what you keep. At Ziwi the site, the domain and the accounts are yours on every plan.

Housing ads carry one rule that no contract changes: Meta's advertising standards say any United States advertiser running housing ads must self-identify as a Special Ad Category and run those ads with approved targeting options (Meta Advertising Standards, checked October 2026). Ask any agency, Ziwi included, to show that its listing and home valuation ads are set up that way before you compare fees, which at Ziwi stay a flat $297 a month on spend up to $1,500.

What should a real estate marketing quote include?

A real estate marketing quote should show at least 6 things in writing: each monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup fee, the minimum term, who owns the website and domain, and whether leads are sold to other agents. It should also say who publishes listings and how fast a change goes live, since on Ziwi's $25 plan you publish from the portal and on the $99 plan Ziwi makes the change the next business day. These are the red flags that make two quotes hard to compare.

  • One bundled number. A single monthly price with no lines hides what the platform costs and what the marketing costs.
  • Ad spend inside the fee. You cannot tell how much reached Google or Meta.
  • A promised lead count or closing. No agency controls who searches, who calls or who signs.
  • Shared leads. If the same buyer inquiry goes to several agents, ask how many and what you pay per lead; Ziwi does not sell leads.
  • A long term on a rented site. Leaving can mean losing the website and starting over.
  • Housing ads outside the Special Ad Category. Meta requires it for housing ads in the United States, so a plan that skips it is a red flag.

Real estate marketing comes down to lines you can price one at a time: website and CRM platforms publish $299.95 to $599.95 a month (Sierra Interactive) and $399 a month plus $500 setup (Real Geeks), before lead packages or ad spend (checked October 2026). Ziwi prices each line on its own, with a realtor website hosted for $25 a month with portal access, local SEO and ads management from $297 a month, all month to month, and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months. For the realtor plan see Ziwi for realtors, for the site see real estate website design, and for the whole plan see Ziwi's real estate marketing.
