Ziwi publishes its med spa marketing prices, with no contract on SEO, ads or reviews: local SEO is $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management is $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram, reviews are $197 a month per location, and the website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months, otherwise $1,000 for a designed template or $2,500 custom, with hosting at $99 a month. SEO, ads and reviews run month to month, and the practice owns the website, the domain and the ad accounts. A med spa marketing bill splits into a few lines: website, local SEO, Google and Meta ads management, reviews and the Google Business Profile. Most med spa agencies quote on a call, so the few that publish a price are worth reading closely. Each market figure here is another company's published price, labelled with its name, its source and the month we checked it, October 2026.

Which med spa marketing agencies publish their prices?

The short answer

Ziwi does: local SEO is $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management is $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend and reviews are $197 a month per location, all month to month with no contract, and the website is a $0 build with a plan kept 12 months. Five other agencies publish a med spa price on their own site: Skinspire at $1,450 a month plus a $999 one-time start-up, Redefine Web with SEO tiers from $999 a month, Pronk Med Spa Marketing from $2,000 a month, Beauty Brand Builders from $3,600 a month, and The Search Sherpa with ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 a month for a single location (checked October 2026).

The Med Spa Agency publishes no price of its own and says every plan is customized (checked October 2026). The table shows each published program with its terms as printed.

Published med spa programMonthly feeWhat else you pay, and the terms as printed (checked October 2026)
Skinspire, SEO$1,450$999 one-time start-up; no 12-month contracts, month to month after a 90-day onboarding, 30 days' written notice to cancel
Redefine Web, Visibility (SEO)$9996-month term, then 30 days' written notice; no setup fee shown on the page
Redefine Web, Foundation (retainer with ads)$1,4996-month initial term, then 30 days' notice; ad spend billed separately at pass-through; no hidden setup fee
Pronk Med Spa Marketing, LaunchFrom $2,0003-month initial term, then month to month; no setup fees on agency programs
Beauty Brand Builders, Basic$3,600Pricing does not include ad spend; setup fee and contract length not stated on the page
The Search Sherpa, Tier 2 (single location)$1,500 to $2,500$2,000 one-time strategy roadmap, credited to the first month if you hire them; no contract wording on the page

Redefine Web publishes two price lists on two pages, an SEO-only list at $999, $1,499 and $2,499 a month and a full-service retainer at $1,499, $2,499 and $3,999 a month that adds Google and Meta ads management (checked October 2026). Read the page a figure came from before you compare it, because the same name can mean two programs.

How much does med spa marketing cost a month?

Ziwi's med spa marketing starts at $297 a month for local SEO or ads management, month to month, with every price published. The med spa agencies that publish prices charge $999 to $9,870 a month before ad spend, from Redefine Web's Visibility SEO tier at $999 to Beauty Brand Builders' Concierge package at $9,870 (checked October 2026). As a market range rather than a price list, The Search Sherpa writes that a single location in a low or moderate competition market typically invests about $1,000 to $1,500 a month in SEO and a competitive metro about $1,500 to $3,000 (page updated June 11, 2026), while The Med Spa Agency's older post from August 2025 puts most med spas at $2,200 to $6,500 a month on SEO.

Monthly local SEO price, as published
Ziwi, Local SEO Essentials, per location$297
Redefine Web, Visibility SEO tier$999
Skinspire, SEO, plus $999 start-up$1,450
Published prices, checked October 2026. Redefine Web's Visibility tier runs on a 6-month term; Skinspire's fee is month to month after a 90-day onboarding and carries a $999 one-time start-up. Ad spend is paid on top in every case.
  • Skinspire, $1,450 a month. Four blog posts, Google Business Profile optimization with four monthly updates, citations and backlinks, technical fixes, reputation management, conversion tracking and a monthly strategy call; paid ads, extra locations and social media are add-ons (checked October 2026).
  • Redefine Web, $999 a month. The Visibility SEO tier on a 6-month term; the retainer that adds ads management starts at $1,499 a month with ad spend billed at pass-through (checked October 2026).
  • Pronk Med Spa Marketing, from $2,000 a month. The Launch program on a 3-month initial term, then month to month; its Mira Google Business Profile management add-on is $499 a month (checked October 2026).
  • Beauty Brand Builders, $3,600 a month. The Basic package includes paid advertising campaigns, a monthly newsletter, a Google My Business listing, coaching and bi-weekly calls, with ad spend not included (checked October 2026).
  • Ziwi, from $297 a month. Local SEO Essentials at $297 a month per location, ads management at $297 a month with total ad spend up to $1,500, reviews at $197 a month per location, each line sold on its own.

A monthly fee says little until you know what it buys and how long you are held to it.

Skinspire's $1,450 covers SEO, content and reputation work but not paid ads, while Beauty Brand Builders' $3,600 includes paid advertising campaigns, so the two are not the same product at different prices (checked October 2026). Ziwi sells those pieces as separate lines, each from $197 to $297 a month, on the pricing page.

What does each line of a med spa marketing bill cost?

Line by line, Ziwi's med spa prices are a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, local SEO from $297 a month per location, reviews at $197 a month per location and ads management from $297 a month, one fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram. The published med spa lines are SEO at $1,450 a month plus a $999 start-up (Skinspire) or $999 to $2,499 a month (Redefine Web SEO tiers), Google Business Profile management at $499 a month (Pronk Med Spa Marketing, Mira), and a WordPress website starting at $5,500 (Beauty Brand Builders), checked October 2026. Ad spend is paid on top at every vendor that mentions it, and Ziwi's ads fee also leaves ad spend in your own account.

A med spa marketing bill is a set of lines. Price each one before you compare totals.

A lower price on one line is not automatically better value, and a bundled fee is not automatically more work. The median med spa ticket is $216 and the 90th percentile is $484 (Zenoti 2026 Beauty and Wellness Benchmark, 2025 North American data, published July 22, 2026), so a few extra bookings a month would cover a marketing line, though no agency can promise them and you can only tell if you see which line brought them. Call tracking is included with Ziwi's ads management, and the ads fee is broken down in Facebook ads management pricing.

Do med spa marketing agencies charge a setup fee or lock you into a contract?

At Ziwi

Ziwi asks for no contract on SEO, ads or reviews: local SEO from $297, ads management from $297 and reviews at $197 a month all run month to month, and the $0 website build's only condition is a plan kept 12 months. You own the website, the domain and the ad accounts from day one, so you keep all of it when you leave, and leaving the website plan inside 12 months means repaying only the unearned part of the build fee.

As published by others

Among the med spa agencies that publish terms, Skinspire charges a $999 one-time start-up and runs month to month after a 90-day onboarding with 30 days' written notice, Redefine Web sets a 6-month term with 30 days' notice after it, and Pronk Med Spa Marketing sets a 3-month initial term on Launch and 6 months on its other programs with no setup fees (checked October 2026). Beauty Brand Builders states neither a setup fee nor a contract length, and The Search Sherpa charges a $2,000 one-time roadmap credited to the first month with no term wording on its page (checked October 2026).

  • The term in writing. A 6-month initial term is common on the pages above, so ask for the exact month you can first leave.
  • The notice period. Skinspire and Redefine Web both print 30 days' written notice; ask whether notice can start during the initial term (checked October 2026).
  • The setup fee. Published figures run from $0 to $2,000 one time, so ask what it buys and whether any of it is credited back.
  • Who owns the accounts. Redefine Web prints that clients own the Google Business Profile, Search Console, GA4 and every page it publishes (checked October 2026); ask every agency the same question, including about ad accounts.

Which marketing agencies for plastic surgeons publish their prices?

Ziwi does, and the same prices apply to plastic surgery and other aesthetic practices: local SEO at $297, $597 or $997 a month per location, ads management at $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, reviews at $197 a month per location, and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months, all month to month. One ads fee covers Google, Facebook and Instagram together, $297 a month with total ad spend up to $1,500, $497 from $1,500 to $3,500 and $797 above that. The plan for a surgical practice is on Ziwi's plastic surgery marketing, and the med spa version is on Ziwi's med spa marketing.

  1. 01

Local SEO, $297 a month per location. Essentials covers the Google Business Profile, business listings and your own treatment pages; $597 and $997 add more pages and posts for bigger markets.

  2. 02

Ads management, $297 a month. One fee for Google, Facebook and Instagram with total ad spend up to $1,500; ad spend is paid to Google or Meta from your own account.

  3. 03

Reviews and reputation, $197 a month per location. Every patient your practice invites gets the same request, with no treatment details in it.

  4. 04

Website, $0 build with a plan kept 12 months. Hosting and maintenance at $99 a month or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location; otherwise a designed template is $1,000 and a custom site is $2,500.

Treat a med spa or plastic surgery ad as a health ad: Meta's Health and Wellness ad standard says ads promoting cosmetic products, procedures or surgeries must be targeted to people at least 18 years or older and must not contain statements of inferiority about physical appearance, and its Privacy Violations and Personal Attributes standard says ads must not assert or imply personal attributes such as physical or mental health (checked October 2026). Ziwi's review requests carry no treatment details, and Ziwi makes no before and after or outcome claims on your behalf.

What should a med spa marketing quote include?

A med spa marketing quote should show at least 5 things in writing: each monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup or start-up fee, the initial term and notice period, and who owns the website, the Google Business Profile and the ad accounts. It should also say which patient details the agency will handle, such as the names and phone numbers used for review requests, and confirm that no treatment details go into a review request, an ad audience or an email list. These are the red flags that make two med spa quotes hard to compare.

  • One bundled number. A single monthly price with no lines hides what each part costs.
  • Ad spend inside the fee. You cannot tell how much reached Google or Meta.
  • A promised ranking or booking count. No agency controls Google's results or who books a consultation.
  • Before and after promises in the pitch. Results vary by patient, and an ad built on a promised outcome is a red flag for the practice as well as the platform.
  • Patient lists with no paperwork. If an agency will text or email your patients, ask what it will hold and how, whether it will sign a business associate agreement, and whether each patient agreed to receive texts, before you share any names or numbers; Ziwi signs one when a practice asks.

Med spa marketing comes down to lines you can price one at a time: the agencies that publish prices charge $999 to $9,870 a month before ad spend (Redefine Web and Beauty Brand Builders, checked October 2026), and Ziwi prices each line on its own, with local SEO and ads management from $297 a month, reviews at $197 and a $0 website build with a plan kept 12 months. The reviews line is priced in what reputation management costs, and the ads fee in Facebook ads management pricing. For the whole plan see Ziwi's med spa marketing or, for a surgical practice, Ziwi's plastic surgery marketing.
