See how we compareA senior living marketing bill splits into a few lines: website, local SEO, Google and Facebook ads, reviews, answering inquiries day and night, and email while a family decides. Most of the senior living agencies we checked do not print prices, and two well-known referral services do not print their fee, so the few published numbers matter. Each market figure here names its source and the month we checked it, October 2026.

Ziwi's senior living marketing starts at $297 a month per location for local SEO, month to month, with every price printed. Other agencies that print a price charge $750 to $8,000 or more a month, before ad spend: Lead to Conversion starts local SEO at $750 a month per location, and SEOteric's memory care page lists packages starting at $1,500, $3,000, $5,000 and $8,000 a month (checked October 2026).
Most of the senior living agencies we checked print no price at all. Sagapixel, Senior Living Marketers, Mannix Marketing, ChoiceLocal and Sixth City Marketing show none on the senior living pages we read, so the few that do are the ones to compare (checked October 2026).

Lead to Conversion prints its prices on a general pricing page rather than a senior living page, and it runs a separate assisted living marketing page (checked October 2026). Every price in this table starts with "from", so treat it as a floor: the final quote depends on how many communities and care levels you market.
Line by line, the agencies that print prices charge $500 a month for a local SEO add-on (SEOteric), from $750 a month per location for local SEO and from $1,000 a month to manage pay-per-click ads (Lead to Conversion), checked October 2026. Ziwi's published prices for those lines are local SEO from $297 a month per location and ads management from $297 a month with ad spend up to $1,500, though the plans include different amounts of work. Websites come two ways: a one-time build, from $4,800 at Lead to Conversion, or a monthly plan with no build fee, at $89, $199 or $449 a month with a 12-month commitment at 1Digital (checked October 2026). The difference between that plan and Ziwi's is pages: 1Digital's plans run on WorkspaceCMS, which designs 3 pages free on the $89 plan and caps the site at 10, 7 pages on $199 and 12 on $449 (WorkspaceCMS pricing, checked October 2026). Ziwi's $0 build has no page cap.
| Line item | Ziwi, published | Senior living market, as published (checked October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Website build | $0 with a 12-month plan, plus hosting at $99 a month (website cost) | From $4,800 one time (Lead to Conversion); $0 build with plans from $89 a month, 3 pages designed and a 10-page cap on that plan, 12-month commitment (1Digital on WorkspaceCMS) |
| Hosting and upkeep | $99 a month, or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location | Website as a Service from $249 a month, 12-month minimum (SEOteric) |
| Local SEO | $297, $597 or $997 a month per location | From $750 a month per location, 90-day minimum (Lead to Conversion); $500 a month add-on (SEOteric) |
| Google, Facebook and Instagram ads management | $297, $497 or $797 a month by total ad spend, one fee for every platform, spend paid on top | From $1,000 a month, 90-day minimum (Lead to Conversion) |
| Reviews and reputation | $197 a month per location | Not printed on the senior living pages we read |
| Answering inquiries day and night | Ziwi Engage $99 a month (texts back), Engage Pro $299 (answers calls and books tours), plus AI usage at cost | Not printed on the senior living pages we read |
| Email and text nurture | Nurture Starter $297 a month, Nurture $597 | Not printed on the senior living pages we read |
| Contract | Month to month, except the $0 website build, which needs a 12-month plan; leave sooner and you repay only the unearned part of the build fee | 90-day minimum (Lead to Conversion); 12-month commitment with the $0 build (1Digital); 12-month minimum on Website as a Service (SEOteric) |
A lower price on one line is not automatically better value, and a higher one is not automatically more work.
SEOteric sells its packages in points of work a month rather than named tasks, so ask what a point buys before you compare (checked October 2026). The full Ziwi rate card is on the pricing page.

Referral services are paid by the community, and two well-known ones do not print the amount: A Place for Mom says on its own site that communities pay it when a family it referred moves in, and Caring.com says some providers pay it on a move-in while others pay for each family's contact details (checked October 2026). Caring.com's partner site adds that communities have 5 business days from the day a lead is sent to report it as a duplicate, or they owe the referral fee once that family moves in. One state, Washington, has a law on these services (RCW 18.330, checked October 2026): the agency must tell the family how the community's fee is computed, and the amount if the family asks, but the law does not limit what an agency charges a community.
Your own inquiries cost a flat monthly amount instead of a fee per move-in. A year of Ziwi Local SEO Essentials is $3,564 at $297 a month, and a year of reviews and reputation is $2,364 at $197 a month, whatever that year brings. A referral service can still sit in the mix, and the same trade is laid out for other trades in Angi leads versus your own pipeline.
Ziwi charges $297 a month per location for Local SEO Essentials, $297 a month to manage Google, Facebook and Instagram ads on up to $1,500 of ad spend, and $197 a month per location for reviews. The site costs nothing up front: a $0 website build with a 12-month plan, and that plan is hosting and maintenance at $99 a month or Ziwi Care at $299 a month per location.
Website update and maintenance requests are turned around within 24 hours on every plan.
Call tracking is included in every plan, and SEO, ads and reviews run month to month.
On the hosting or Ziwi Care plan, the first month of the plan is free, because it usually falls during the build. The SEO rungs are broken down in what local SEO costs, and the ads fee in Google Ads management pricing.

A family decision splits the budget in two: one part has to answer a family within minutes, and one part has to keep in touch for weeks or months, which is why a senior living plan carries an answering line from $99 a month and an email line from $297. The person deciding is often an adult child, and Pew Research Center found that 10 percent of all US adults say they care for a parent aged 65 or older (February 2026). Aline, a senior living software company, puts it this way in its 2026 benchmark report: "Move-ins remain heavily concentrated within 30 days, yet long-tail opportunities still play an important role." So answer fast for the family deciding this month, and stay useful to the family that takes longer.
Answer in minutes, evenings and weekends too. A text back on every missed call and new inquiry, then a person or Engage Pro to book the tour.
Send what they asked for the same day. Rates, floor plans and tour times, from a named person.
Keep in touch while they decide. One useful email a week, sent only to families who asked, with an unsubscribe link in each.
See which source brought each tour. Call tracking is included in every Ziwi plan, and the detail is in the call tracking guide.
Treat a senior living ad as a housing ad. Meta's advertising standards say a housing advertiser in the United States must tell Meta its ads are housing ads and use only the targeting Meta allows. They also bar ads that discriminate by age, family status, disability, religion and other personal traits (Meta Advertising Standards, checked October 2026). Reach families through search, your map listing and your own inquiry list, and never build an ad audience or email list from resident or health records.
A senior living marketing quote should show at least 6 things in writing: each monthly fee by line, the ad spend kept separate, any setup or build fee, the minimum term, who owns the website and accounts, and any referral fee per move-in. It should also say which family details the agency will handle, such as names and phone numbers from your inquiry forms or review requests, whether it will sign a business associate agreement if your community is covered by HIPAA, and confirm that no resident health information goes into ads, audiences or email lists. These are the red flags that make two quotes hard to compare. Ziwi signs a business associate agreement when a community asks for one.
Senior living marketing comes down to lines you can price one at a time. Agencies that print prices run from $750 a month per location for local SEO to packages that start at $8,000 a month (Lead to Conversion and SEOteric, checked October 2026). Referral services are paid by the community, and their public pages do not show the amount. Ziwi prices each line on its own, with local SEO and ads management from $297 a month and a $0 website build with a 12-month plan. For the whole plan see Ziwi's senior living marketing, and for reviews see what reputation management costs. The same lines are priced for property managers and dental practices.
