Scope is the honest caveat.
A WebFX SEO package lists 150 to 300 keyphrases and 30 to 60 optimized pages, which is work sized for a site competing on many searches, while Ziwi's Local SEO is priced per location around one Google Business Profile, its listings and its pages. WebFX-scale pricing fits a business with a large site, several locations or a national market, a marketing budget in the thousands each month, and a team that wants the reporting depth its SEO packages list.
It fits a local business with one location less well, because a 6-month SEO commitment at $2,900 a month or more is a large fixed cost for a service area measured in miles.
- Is the price per location or per account? Local work is done per Google Business Profile, so a one-location business should price it that way.
- What is the minimum term? WebFX's SEO table states 6 months. Ask every agency for its term in writing.
