What do Weave's Pro, Elite and Ultimate plans include?

All 3 plans list internet phones (VoIP), two-way texting, missed call texting, reviews, email marketing and Text to Pay on Weave's pricing page (Weave, checked October 2026). The plans differ on bulk texting: Pro lists 1,500 messages a month, Elite 3,000 and Ultimate 15,000. Ultimate lists up to 15 phones, so ask how many phones your plan includes.

  • Practice Analytics. Dental only, listed on Ultimate only.
  • Quarterly one-on-one training. Listed on Ultimate only.
  • Onboarding and support. Weave says both come with every plan.

One detail is easy to miss. Weave's site shows 2 ways to buy: the pricing page names Pro, Elite and Ultimate, while the plans page builds a plan from the $199 base and the $149 bundles. Neither page says how the two line up, so ask which one your quote uses.

What fees can sit on top of a Weave plan?

Weave's Terms of Service, last updated October 2, 2026, say subscription fees may go up by as much as 10% in any 12-month period (Weave, checked October 2026). The same terms say you also pay taxes, surcharges, Federal Universal Service Fund contributions (a phone-bill fee) and a cost recovery fee. None of these is printed as a dollar amount.

Want reviews handled for you?

Ziwi's reviews and reputation service is $197 a month per location, and Ziwi Engage texts back every missed call and new lead who writes in, within seconds for $99 a month.

Does Weave require a contract?

Weave's plans page says it does not require long-term contracts, and that it offers discounts on year-long contracts (Weave, checked October 2026). Its Terms of Service say a plan renews every month unless your order states a longer term. If your order does state a term, the terms say you owe the fees for the full term, with no refunds for cancelling.

  • Phone numbers come first. The terms say cancelling does not take effect until every number on the account has been moved out of Weave.
  • Leased phones go back. Return them within 10 business days, or Weave can bill the full retail cost to replace them.
  • No refunds. The terms say there are no refunds for cancelling.
  • A cancel-by date. The terms set a deadline before the next billing period. Check it in the terms and on your order.

Who is Weave a good fit for?

Where it fits

Weave fits a practice that wants phones, texting, reviews, scheduling and payments in one system, from $199 a month (Weave, checked October 2026).

Where it fits less well

It fits less well for an owner who wants reviews requested and missed calls texted back by a service instead of a tool, which is where Ziwi's $197 reviews plan and $99 Ziwi Engage overlap.

Ziwi is not a phone system and does not process practice payments, so it does not replace Weave. The overlap is narrower: reviews at $197 a month per location, Ziwi Engage at $99 a month to text back every missed call and new lead who writes in, within seconds, and Engage Pro at $299 a month to answer, qualify and book calls, with AI usage billed at cost. What standalone AI receptionists charge is compared in AI receptionist cost.

What should you ask Weave before you sign?

Before you sign, get these in writing: the monthly price, the term, the phone terms, the card processing rate and the 10% increase limit. Past the $199 starting price and the $149 bundles, Weave's site prints none of these as a number (checked October 2026). Its way in is a demo, and the plans page says plans can be built with more flexibility during a product demonstration with a Weave expert.

  1. 01

Get the monthly price for your setup. Base plan, bundles, and which plan name your quote uses.

  2. 02

Ask for the term on the order. Monthly, or a year-long contract with a discount. The terms say a stated term is owed in full.

  3. 03

Ask whether phones are bought or leased. Leased phones go back when you leave, or you can be billed the full retail cost to replace them.

  4. 04

Ask for the card processing rate. Weave Payments promises flat rate pricing but does not print the rate.

  5. 05

Ask about price increases. The terms allow rises of up to 10% in any 12-month period.

  6. 06

Check the date. Published prices change. Every Weave figure on this page was checked on October 2, 2026.

Weave prints its starting price and its bundle prices, and every Weave figure above, other than our $348 and $497 sums, can be checked on getweave.com. If you want reviews handled for you at one printed price, Ziwi's reviews and reputation service is $197 a month per location, and every other line is on the published pricing page.
